Juan and Mark R were amazing. They were on time and very professional. I would use them again. Thank you very much.

Highly recommend! They were punctual and efficient and got all of my belongings safely from point a to point b.

I had a very frustrating experience with Headband Movers and would not recommend them. My scheduled arrival window was 8:30-9:30 AM, but the crew didn't show up until 11:03 AM. There was zero proactive communication from the company about the delay--I had to repeatedly call just to get updates, and each time the arrival window kept getting pushed back. When the crew finally arrived, they were fairly efficient, but the experience was still uncomfortable. One crew member handled most of the workload while the others seemed disengaged, and there was noticeable bickering between them throughout the job. The biggest issue was the billing. They charge a travel fee (which is standard), but that fee does NOT cover travel to your final destination--they still run the clock during that drive. This was not clearly explained upfront. I was under the impression that the 2-hour minimum applied strictly to labor, not driving time. To make matters worse, the crew finished about 20 minutes under the 2-hour labor minimum, but then tried to charge me for an additional 30 minutes due to the commute to the final destination. Despite their late arrival and overall lack of professionalism, the owner did not offer any compensation or adjustment. My advice: track your own timestamps carefully and get complete clarity on their billing structure before booking. Otherwise, you may end up overcharged like I was. I strongly recommend choosing a different moving company. read more

Our moving experience w/ Headband Movers was very positive. There was absolutely no downtime from the moment the movers arrived until the job was completed. We asked for a few small favors and they were happy to help. I definitely recommend Headband Movers. They made an otherwise stressful day much more easy to get through. read more

I used Headband Movers again this November after having a great experience with them last year. Unfortunately, this most recent move was the complete opposite--disorganized, inefficient, and honestly felt like a money grab. I was only moving across the alley with nearly the same belongings as last year (the same furniture, plus two lightweight patio chairs and about 10 medium boxes). Both units were roughly 700 sq ft. Last year's move took under 2 hours and only involved my large furniture since I handled the smaller items myself. This time, despite having everything boxed and ready, the move dragged to 3.5 hours--entirely due to the movers, not the workload. From the start, both movers spent the first 30 minutes determining what equipment to use and insisting that they take a look at the new apartment despite my comments of it being a very similar floor. Like most moving companies, the clock starts when they arrive, so to spend that much time bullshitting, they should have immediately started with my old apartment. They refused to park in my building's loading dock and instead parked far down the alley, adding unnecessary distance. They didn't bring basic essentials like door stoppers, so they wasted time trying to prop doors open with screwdrivers. They also kept making trips without moving the rug in the living room, which meant they later had to spend extra time rearranging furniture around it in the new unit. Throughout the move, the two movers were openly bickering with each other and didn't bring enough blue pads to wrap the furniture, causing even more back-and-forth trips. Despite assembling my bed frame at the end, they never put my box springs or king mattress onto the frame, leaving the job incomplete. At one point--three hours into a very simple move--I suggested that one mover come with me to the new unit to speed things up, and I was told, "that's not how it works here." Considering this was their only job of the day (which they casually mentioned), there was zero sense of urgency or professionalism. To their credit, customer service afterward did offer me a discount because of how poorly the job was handled. Still, the experience was so drastically worse than my first move that I won't be using this company again, and I'd strongly recommend others choose a different mover. The lack of organization, efficiency, and teamwork made what should have been an easy, straightforward move unnecessarily long and frustrating. I found myself repeating simple instructions multiple times, and overall, 1/2 of the crew seemed unprepared and uninterested in doing the job well. read more

Our move went very well. We were concerned because we had totally refurbished our new home, new paint, carpet, counters and stairs, and we were hoping nothing would get damaged or nicked up moving into the new place. The crew we had (Tyler, Bobby, Will, Johnny and Mike), did a great job. They put protective coverings over a lot of the areas and took great care not to damage anything during the move. We were very happy with them. The office was also very communicative and everything happened according to schedule. We were very happy with Headband Movers. read more

Long story short, I had a murphy bed that needed moving from a house in Denver to ours in Highlands Ranch. It was pretty massive and to save some trouble, I decided to request quotes via Yelp to see if we could enlist professional help at a decent price. Headband was quick to reply and had a fair rate. They also had good availability so we scheduled right away! The two-person crew was right on time, kind, and worked very efficiently. The furniture piece was a pretty big pain but they kept a positive attitude and worked to maneuver it every which way was necessary. The owner promised me no hidden fees outside of the original quote and that's exactly what we got. It was a very smooth process overall and I'd definitely reach out for similar tasks in the future! read more

The smoothest moving experience I have had. The two person crew were extremely polite, efficient, careful, and thorough. No hidden fees or unexpected surprises to the bill. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Denver area, and will be using again if I need to move anytime soon. read more

They were welcoming! Kind! Super clean! Well spoken! Great all around guys! I don't see how anyone would use any other service for moving. They were so incredibly fast efficient and the best price in the world! Seriously book them immediately. read more

The BEST movers we've had - and we've moved 10+ times in the last 20 years(local and internationally). The crew were on time, courteous, very careful setting up the house so that there would be no damage. Very friendly & communicative, and kept us up to date on progress and treated all our items with care. David was amazing at ensuring optimal efficiency using the space in our trailer truck, and took time & care loading it and securing it. Everyone was so friendly and efficient - we have a 4 bed house and it was all done in 3 hours. I'd highly recommend Headband Movers for anyone - across town or across the country. Great experience with getting info & the quote as well, and easy process overall. They really take pride & care in their work. Shout out to David, Tyler, Joaquin and the rest of the crew! read more

I am very happy I went with Headband movers. They arrived early and did their best to help us stick to a very tight timeline! They basically ran the entire time, helped pack up my clothes, disassembled and reassembled our bed. None of our breakable items were damaged which was wonderful. I was honestly kind of shocked at their stamina going up and down stairs carrying desks and mattresses. As far as the quote process, the owner was very kind and patient, answered all of my questions. I got quotes from many different movers and David gave me the most honest, and best upfront price. I appreciated the upfront hourly rates (other movers will try to trick you with lower hourly rates, but charge for drive time or wrapping materials!) We were able to knock out the move in record time, giving us the rest of the day to unpack before heading back to work the next day. Thanks for making this move so much easier for us! read more

I cannot speak highly enough about Headband Movers and the quality of the service you all provided. Cassondra was easy to deal with for obtaining a quote and scheduling the work. Raul and Juaquin were professional, efficient, and very helpful today, moving stuff around the house as needed in ways that we two old farts could not. They were done before we knew it. We are very grateful that we found a local home moving business with a strong focus on doing right by the customer and doing the work right. Thank you, Headband Movers. Thank you very much. read more

The entire experience was very smooth. From working with Cassondra for the estimate and scheduling, to having Art and his crew show up and do a great job, we were very pleased. There were normal frustrations of having a lot of stuff and trying to figure out how to get it through doorways, but the team had a great attitude and got it done. Honestly the best movers I've ever hired. I hope I don't have to move in the future, but if I do, I will definitely work with them again. read more

The team I got was both careful and efficient. They used lots of padding and blankets to keep my furniture from getting damaged, and were great with maneuvering some large items up and down narrow stairwells. Everything with them went smoothly, much appreciated on moving day which is always stressful. I really appreciated their flat rate quote. No extra line items for the truck, mileage, number of crew, etc., so it was easy to know exactly what I was expected to pay. read more
