Billy was such a pleasure to work with and I am absolutely in love with my master closet now! During the consultation he understood what I needed and created a custom design that worked perfectly for me. Billy's design made my closet so much more functional than I could have ever imagined for my fairly small walk-in closet. As I write this review a month later it's difficult to remember how I dealt with my closet beforehand because the renovation has completely changed how I am able to utilize it. Now my closet stays neat and tidy 24/7 since the design is tailored towards the type of storage I needed. I've been happily recommending Mitres Touch to my neighbors and coworkers and I will certainly be a returning customer for future renovations of other closets in my house! read more

We could not be more happy with our new, beautiful master closet! Billy was a referral, and I'm so happy my friend introduced us to him. He listened to what we wanted and presented us with a design that was even better than we had hoped. He uses the space very efficiently, and the end product is beautiful. This is now my favorite room in the house. I have already referred Billy to several friends and we will use him again in the future when the need arises. Thank you, Billy, for the best closet I've ever had! read more

Our initial interactions with Billy were positive, however we had to chase down responses to our follow up requests. Because of this lack of communication, we decided to go with another closet designer who's been super responsive. Constant communication is a critical part of making customers feel comfortable and it's a big red flag when the customer has to chase after the trade, this should never be the case. Billy did warn us that he wasn't good with his follow through, and we found that this was definitely the case! read more

Billy created the most beautiful, custom, and elegant closet for me. He even created a personalized vanity space (my dream) to place my makeup complete with beautiful drawers for jewelry and laundry storage. He listened intently to my ideas and also provided me with wonderful ideas based on his extensive experience. His craftsmanship alone is stunning and an additional invaluable bonus is his warm interpersonal demeanor that would put anyone at ease. He was such a delight to work with and I recommend him 100%. Billy you're a gem- thank you a million! read more

Billy recently installed a room full of storage cabinets and 3 toy boxes for us. From the time he came out for the estimate to the finish product Billy was a pleasure to work with. His creativity to come up with such an attractive and functional system was very impressive to say the least. We couldn't be happier with his knowledge and attention to detail. We happily refer him to anyone interested in a new closet or storage sys read more

I could not be happier! I wanted to convert the closet in my office/2nd bedroom into a floor to ceiling space for books. I wanted something that would look attractive and that was very flexible. Billy was the 2nd person I met to discuss potential design and quote, and as soon as we started chatting I knew that I was in safe hands. He understood exactly what I needed and made great suggestions. His quote was so reasonable and the end result is beautiful. He worked with such care and he even cleverly built in room for my cds in a space that I thought would go to waste. Billy was an absolute joy to work with in every way. I cannot recommend him highly enough. read more

Just finished his job in our garage building a custom "mud room" with 5 locker type spaces for each member of the family to place their shoes, coats, sports equipment. Totally puts some instant structure in a chaotic spot (the most frequent entry point to our home). Drew up the plans and then executed them in 1 day as promised. Looked better than expected and the kids had a hoot picking out their space. Now Chad from yourgarageguru will be coming in to put in some other mountable organizational goodies. Chad and Billy are a great team. read more

My husband and I live in a house that was built in the early 50's and has been remodeled a number of times. This left our master bedroom with two smaller and awkward shaped closets. Billy came in and designed an efficient and esthetically pleasing layout to help us use the space. The dresser and shelving in now built in and takes up much less space than having a separate dresser. Billy does AMAZING work. If you want someone's help he is the way to go! read more

Miter's Touch did our previous home 3 or 4 years ago, & we were totally satisfied with an amazing job, now we have moved into a new home & only would call Miter's touch again. He just completed the closets in our new home & Wow, what an improvement over Builder standard (slim to zero thought) . Money WELL spent! Billy totally designed from our wants & needs, provided great drawings, & tailored to our exact wishes. Not only did our large Master come out functional & amazing but even secondary standard closets were updated to a great closet. Billy's pricing & service blows away the larger Chain type Closet companies & way more attention to detail & personable as well. Highly recommend Billy & Miter's Touch. read more

I own a handyman company and love to refer Miter's Touch and Billy to my clients who need more than just a basic rod or wire shelf. The owner of this company is of the highest integrity and does craftsman level work. He is creative and knowledgable far beyond others in this business. I have tossed ideas around with Billy that are beyond the closets at which he excels, and he is always open to trying new objects that can be crafted in wood. My thought is that with his incredible level of skill, if I have a good idea, Billy can turn it into a great idea! So, no matter what you would like to have done in your home that can be crafted in wood, Billy is a perfectionist and will amaze you in with his skill, and his personality. I cannot say enough about him and I would be eager to talk to anyone who wants more info about him and his supurb services. Steve R. read more

Billy, at Miters Touch, designed and installed custom closet organizers for our master bedroom, 2nd bedroom and entry way. Billy is awesome, does a great job and is easy to work with. Our job was a smaller, simpler job compared to most, but he gave it his full attention. Kudos on the fact that he, personally, lugged up all the material 3 flights of stairs (he counted 40 steps). Not sure why you would use anyone else. Pricing was great (not sure how he makes money), service was great and he got the job done when he said he would. read more

Billy is just amazing! He truly puts his heart into designing and building your closet. We had a major closet disaster and I had to look for companies that specialize in closet design. While I had several other quotes from big companies , I immediately knew that I should hire Billy. He is always honest, open and does a great job! He told us that there is no price difference in handles and we should choose the design we want (wow, what a great news-all other companies were telling us that if we choose another type of handle, we have to pay extra). He just finished his job and we have a great closet, ample of storage space and truly professionally done job! I hope that all my contractors turn out to be like Billy! Highly recommended. read more

Billy was a pleasure to work with - he helped me redo the master closet in our new house. While the closet was pretty nice in size, the existing shelving and rods were part of the previous owner's apparent DIY job from container store and did not maximize the space. Billy came in and created a beautiful system that uses every square inch of space to the max! It is such a joy to have everything so well-organized and easily visible. Your closet is something you use everyday and its so worth it to have it set up in a functional way. Billy was able to do the work quickly and at a reasonable price. I can't recommend him enough. Billy has done many different projects for me over the years. His customer service is excellent, and attention to detail uncompared. I've seen a great deal of work that he's done for other clients as well, and everyone I've ever met is just gushing with compliments for Billy. His clients seem to view him as a member of the family, all that I've met. All that aside, his closet organizers and shelving speaks for itself. read more

Billy's work is unmatched! He works wonders with whatever space he is dealing with. I wouldn't have anyone else design a closet for me. He is a master at what he does. Billy is excellent with his design, build and install. His pricing is reasonable. Billy's design for my closet was the only one (of 4 others), to include everything I asked for plus a full length wall mirror.... (which no one else suggested.) I use that mirror everyday when dressing. I can, without reservation, recommend Billy and his Miters Touch. read more

I am very glad that I chose to work with Miter's Touch. Billy is the owner and the guy who does all the work. He is very good at his job and so easy to work with. Billy is a calm, sweet, joyful person. He is not pushy or "salesy" whatsoever. I got 3 bids from other closet build-out companies and he was about 20-30% less. He also could install in 2-3 weeks while the competition was 6+ weeks out. Billy's plan for the space also allowed for more storage than the other bids because he can customize and build to your space. I rarely go on Yelp to review people, but this guy really deserved it. Billy is just a down to earth, nice guy. read more
