I would never go here again. It smells like toxic perfume, they don't ever touch your back or have you flip over, I'm used to this with every other foot reflexology place I've gone to in central and so cal. The foot massage was a joke, the pressure was as if a child was rubbing my feet. Front desk hostess is very nice and people are nice but as far as where you are going to get a good reflexology full head to toe, this is not your spot. read more

The value here is great. It's no frills but you get a great massage for the price. Left feeling super relaxed. I think they do a great job and I recommend. read more

I've been a member of this other chain massage place. We've all seen it. Well let me tell you, the massage they gave me here would make that other place have "massage envy". This woman started at the top of the hour and ended 1 minute after the close of the hour. The massage was fantastic. I was able to actually get a hamstring massage cause they're not so puritan that they wrap your leg in a blanket down to your knee. So yeah it was fantastic, and very professional, AND she even took the time to wipe all that damn oil off of me. I can't tell you how often it's been that I get a massage and can't shower til way after, causing me to break out on my shoulders due to their using 10w-30 on me for 49.5 minutes. I like places that respect my time, my body, and especially my wallet. Bravo. read more

It's a great bargain and very clean. I didn't have to get undressed either!

Thank you Lisa for the best massage that I've had in long time! She worked my back, shoulders, neck and all of my body.. I was in a lot of pain in my upper shoulder neck region.. she was FANTASIC!! The special focus to my neck, shoulders.. -warm towels at the end of the massage to wipe oil from my skin..that was wonderful.. it was a full hour of massage,,not like 50 minutes you normally get elsewhere ,, I will be back for sure!!! Thank you!! read more

I had Kevin today for a 30 min foot reflexology followed by a 60 minute tissue massage. Its nothing fancy there, but let me tell you--- I feel like a new person today. I went in exhausted. His pressure was amazing. I feel so energized and will go back to him for sure. What a find! read more

Absolutely the best value for the money... Cindy's massages are incredibly thorough and relaxing. And $40 for an hour can't be beat, anywhere! I've paid much more and been far less satisfied. She did my whole body, including back, neck, arms, hands, feet, and legs, with a combination of quick movement for circulation, deeper tissue massage, and reflexology. The massage oil was low-odor and not greasy, and she rubbed me down with a warm damp towel when she was done so I could put my clothes back on and return to work without feeling filmy. The room was dim and quiet. Cindy was very focused and didn't chat or distract me in any way; I was purely and thoroughly relaxed. This place is not fancy but they've got the basics down, for sure. It's my new favorite spot and I will be going back regularly. read more

I have stopped here multiple times on the way home from work and typically can get in quickly without an appointment. The prices are extremely reasonable with good (not great) therapists. If they try to put you in the big room with multiple customers, it may just be a misunderstanding, as I always say "Oh no, don't you have a private room" and suddenly one is available. Walls are still thin though, but I prefer privacy. Occasionally, I will get someone that spends to much time on my back and I just tell them and they switch it up. Don't expect a spa like place - it is not, although clean. But, for some kinks that need worked out at a great price, this is the place. read more

Been going for about two years, never had any problems. Always very professional, on time, and clean. Bring Cash.

I have become a believer in this place and consistently get the best massages here for the best price. I tip very well because they work so hard and deserve it after such a great massage and great price. Today, Jessie (I recommend - male masseuse)! Best kept secret in Walnut Creek. read more

An inexpensive way to decompress for 60 minutes. Most of the time I go with 3-4 friends and we get the "$30 special." (40 min foot massage and 20 minute mini massage) I suggest making an appointment as they can get busy. The interior is far nicer than the other cheap massages parlors I have been too. Some therapists are better than others, but generally for $30 you will leave feeling relaxed. I don't care that they ask you to pay before your massage. That seems odd so I always say I'll pay and tip after. read more

I love this place. The last time I went was a 40 minute foot massage for $20. It included a nice amount of time on my shoulders, head, and neck. What a great deal and I found everyone there very nice and accommodating. read more

Terrible place to go to. I came in with a neck problem and I came out with hamstring muscles pulled. I could barely walk entire time after.. until I went to a professional massage therapist! They are very unprofessional at this place. I had a male massage therapist and he was very unprofessional. If you are a female you may not want to go to this place... read more

As always, a great massage! You get a great massage at a great price. Ask for Cindy or yoyo. I recommend getting massages by the women and the foot massage by the men. read more

I am so in love with this place! I've been coming here for years, it's so affordable and relatively easy to get an appointment at the last minute. Linda is absolutely AMAZING! She really pin points the problem areas, I never feel rushed or that I'm just another dollar sign. I also recommend Cindy and Lucy! read more

Worst massage ever. I asked for strong and I get Swedish soft touch. Won't comeback here

After living in Downtown Walnut Creek for 5 years and always seeing this place on our nightly walks, I finally went for a message. I told them exactly what I wanted which I've never gotten anywhere else but this place. I had a guy named Will, he was awesome!! For the price! Wow! Made a follow up appointment with him. Best Massage ever! read more

They offer great deals and it is my favorite way to spend a Sunday after a long week.

BEST secret massage place around! AMAAAZING! $40 for a FULL body massage? hell yes! and $25 "foot" massage? triple hell yes! considering, their foot massage includes your arms, legs, and your head and face! Clothing stays on with this one and you are in a room with others but I like it, sometimes just popping in for a "foot" massage is just the trick for a crazy day. The owner is the sweetest man, every time I go in, he is there and such a pleasure to chat with. I have recommended this place to all of my friends. DO IT! you wont be disappointed. read more

I have never been disappointed with the foot reflexology service at Head 2 Toe. I've been there at least 8 times and my favorites are Jerry and Tom. The facility is well appointed, very clean, and quiet. I always leave feeling relaxed and especially pleased with the foot reflexology portion of the massage. I highly recommend Head 2 Toe. read more

My boyfriend and I discovered Head 2 Toe a couple of years ago and have since made it a monthly treat for ourselves. The skilled masseuses never disappoint and the price is unbeatable! We've attempted to drop in a few times, but they have always been booked, so it seems that making an appointment is a must. read more

I just got home from a 70 minute foot and body massage from Francis and I have to say it was THE best massage I have ever gotten!! Not only the price was right at $45, but it way out did the numerous massages I have gotten at high end day spas! Ask for Francis, he knows what hes doing and is VERY good at deep tissue!! Already have an appointment for next week I loved it so much! The facility is clean, relaxing, and very well done:) read more

I have been a happy customer for 4 years. My first time I was a walk-in, and I was skeptical because of the low prices and the dodgy-looking storefront and signs.... but I was so impressed! The masseuses are fantastic, the place is clean and sanitary, they have calming music and soft lighting, and the receptionist is friendly and helpful. After realizing how much we are saving compared to other walnut creek spas, we decided to go once a month, and it has been the best decision ever! We get 90-min massages for a fraction of other spa prices, and are never unhappy. I've brought out-of-town guests here, and have referred several friends, and everyone loves it. I always ask for Lily - she's the most popular. She is a middle-aged chinese woman who speaks limited english but hey, I'm not here to discuss Shakespeare. She is pleasant, follows instructions like "spend more time on my legs today" or "harder / softer", is very professional, and most importantly gives a great full body massage. I always tip well, and it pays off because she gives me every minute's worth (and even goes 5-min over if she starts 5-min late) Yes the rooms have thin walls and you can hear other people talking sometimes, and there isn't a fancy dressing area with cucumber slices or whatever, but who cares. It's clean, comfortable, and reliably good every time, for an amazing price. Try it and you'll love it. read more

I've been going here for a while and from my last experience I'm not sure if I would go back. The girl I had sounded sick and kept opening the door and leaving it open when I was getting massaged. It made me feel uncomfortable since I was mostly exposed, and I could hear people constantly walking back and forth and talking in Chinese. It was probably one of the worst experiences I've had. I usually tip around $10-15 sometimes $20, but this time I left her $5. I didn't want to even tip her after I noticed the door was ajar the entire time. read more

They are very busy. So you must make an appointment. They do an amazing job! Super relaxing...

Not sure whom exactly was the person massaging me, but they were really good. The person was very focused on his craft and spent extra time making sure I got the nooks and crannies. The environment was quiet dark and relaxing how it should be. On problem is that I was with a group of 5 and we called and place a reservation a head of time. The only have 4 available so I was the one waiting about 7-10 minutes for my guy. When the rest of my group got done on time my guy stopped early because I was with them which didn't seem fair to me. read more

I can't believe that it's taken me this long to write a review. Maybe I have selfishly been holding off so that the word does not get out that this is the best kept Walnut Creek secret. I have been coming here for almost 2 years now. I have been referring head 2 toe out to many of my clients, family and friends and quite honestly we probably come every other week. Shamelessly. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The environment is clean and smells good. The massage therapists for the most part are all experienced and listen to your direction. I love that they also stay open late and if we want to come in for an indulgent foot massage after dinner, they are usually available. read more

My sister and I were surprise for the great price of this place. We decided to come at early as they open 10:00am to get the combo deal, 30minutes reflexology and 40minutes body massage with oil. Aaaaahhh such relaxation. I was pleased as my food felt the touch of another human being. lol! I love foot rub and massages. I think it's the best thing in the world :) I even felt more pressure after I told Sylvester to put a little more pressure, then he did. It was a perfect touch. After the food rub and massages, he guided me to a massage room. It was a little dark for my sight but I managed to undress and tuck myself into the sheet before he came. My sister was oddly surprised by her pampering day. The full body massage was worth to get as well. After a soothing and pampering 70minutes, I saw the smile and satsfied look at my sister's face. Overall, it was a great day....and satisfying massage. Although the front desk was nice and friendly, however she can really use to tell a little bit more about the spa and what are the procedures to follow especially for the new customers like me. Also, I asked her for a form to fill up about customer history however she did not have any nor ever had given customer's of any type of form. Interesting.... Well, overall the massages was great and the prices are awesome too! Good job! read more

Completely disappointed. Showed up on time for two appointments, waited 1/2 hour in waiting room, then they took us back and we waited in the chairs for another 15 min. At that point we ran out of time to even have our appointment. When we got up and left no one even said anything. The front desk person offered us a $5 coupon for our next visit and proceeded to tell us how she was sick and couldn't come out of the bathroom. I don't think we will ever return. read more

Easily the best massage I've ever had. I think your experience here may be largely therapist dependent. I ask for Judy each time and have gotten an amazing massage each time for only $45. I've gotten terrible massages before for $120 so I am a happy customer. Did I mention it's only $45? It's clean and Judy never distracts me by talking which I am so thankful for. This is now my go to place. read more

Just got an amazing massage today. You can't beat the price and the guy who did my massage was perfect. Enjoyed the oil and then the hot towels afterwards. Definitely relaxed me and now don't wanna be at work! read more

The prices are great and the hour long foot massage was quite relaxing. The foot massages are given in the common area, so the masseuses talk to each other, but they try to keep it at a minimum. Other noises can be distracting, but it is an overall calm environment and a good massage for the price! read more

Hands down this place rocks! I have been multiple times and never had a bad experience. The MT are awesome and take good care of you. They listen to you and adjust as need. The place is very comforting and serene. I usually ask for the same MT (which I won't tell you who that is because I don't want you booking up her time so se can't see me), but I have seen a few others and they are all pretty awesome. The price is down right a steal too. Go and check them out. :-) read more

Meh ...last massage of the night and very poor quality....and they shook my husband down for tip

I have been coming to this establishment for several years for massage. The service is very good and the masseuse does an excellent job with therapeutic massage. My back is often fatigued due to the type of work that I do and this spa has helped greatly in relaxing and helping my back. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is always pleasant. Keep up the great work! read more

This place was okay. Clean. Prices are a little higher because it's Walnut Creek. 2 entrances so it's weird. Lady was really rough with me had to tell her to tell her to go softer 4 times. Massage was okay but I've had better and they have no more cost effective options like other Asian massage places... read more

That was quite likely the best massage I've ever received: incredible. Quiet space, I asked for a medium to hard massage as my shoulders are quite crunchy from desk work and stress... She nailed it, and even went back into my shoulders a second time. I was quite impressed. The massage rooms are small and the tops are open- I enjoyed hearing other people around but take that into consideration. Located on a quiet stretch of locust - I'm feeling ok walking out with massage hair and that dumb blissed out look I get after a massage. read more

My Mom and I went for a foot reflexology massage and this place is so great. They have a dark quiet room that they do the foot massage and it was so nice with perfect pressure. Highly recommend and only$25 for a hour. We are going to start going every week and they had a special if you buy 10 visits then you get one free. read more

My wife and I just received a couples massage here. Wow-what a great place. Clean, professional and thorough. Every part of my body is completely relaxed.
