His quote for gutters and mesh guards is the best we've received also. He made us feel like part of the family from the moment we met. We had a boot replaced and they couldn't get to us with all the rain delays. He came out and covered the boot to prevent more leaking inside, and then he along with a crew member came out on a Saturday morning to replace the boot. They came to do the job when I was at work and threw away all of my gutter covers. They then tried to charge me to replace the gutter covers that they threw away. This all on top of all but one small run being extremely worse than before they replaced them.
