A Tom Holland-esque gentleman showed me my car and inspected it with me. He was friendly and professional. We had the car just for a day trip up to Vail and this put us incredibly behind. Staff was not very apologetic for the wait or offered anything for the inconvenience. As we were leaving, one of the workers parked a car directly in front of us which blocked us in for another 15 minutes so he could inspect a car with another customer which added to further frustration. When I dropped the car off at the Avon, CO location, the team there was a lot kinder and apologetic. They offered to keep the reservation open so that this location would reach out to me for potential compensation, but they never did. Would not recommend this location. With all the other options for rental car options, I would probably not recommend or use Enterprise in the future.

The Worst Car Rental Experience Ever! Steer clear of this location if you can! I've had two…read moreexperiences at this Budget rental location, and both were terrible. The first time, I waited over 2 hours to get my car. I tried to brush it off, knowing there were events and sports tournaments in town, and it was a busy day for them. When I finally got a car and drove to the exit gate, I was turned around and told I had to switch it for another one. This most recent experience was somehow even worse. I arrived around 2 a.m. after a delayed flight and had to pay to take my own Uber because, apparently, Budget doesn't run a shuttle at that hour, while every other rental company does. After waiting over an hour in line (with only one associate working), I was told there were no EVs available. Fine, no problem. But then they told me the only vehicle they had for me was a 15-passenger van. I'm a 5'1" woman, and I felt completely unsafe driving such a large vehicle. Unfortunately, it was late, I was exhausted, and I had to be up in just a few hours for my event, so I had no choice but to take it. The van smelled awful, drives poorly, and was clearly not properly maintained. This was, without a doubt, my worst experience with Budget. I'm beyond disappointed with their lack of accountability and unwillingness to honor reservations that were made well in advance. The unprofessional attitude of the staff and their complete lack of effort to find a suitable solution for customers is unacceptable.
