On one occasion, I asked a question and later realized I was speaking with the owner (I recognized her from Instagram). She came across as very dismissive and annoyed that I was asking for help. On at least three other visits, I've had similar experiences with staff seeming irritated or put out when I asked questions or wanted to check out, but that shouldn't surprise me because culture is set from the top. I've tried giving them several chances because I really do love their products, but the customer experience has consistently been off-putting. I hope they stay around and just improve their outlook on their customers.

I never go to smoke shops unless with my friend Kristin. I was in extreme pain today and don't like pills. However, she swore by their products especially Pureohms? not sure on the spelling.George helped us out and took time to explain what they have. My friend told me most smoke shops rush people out so that was a nice surprise. They will correctly give you what works best. I would try the Pureohms cone. It's literally like an ice cream cone! Not only does it have cool ambience, but the owners are locals graduated from Dana Point HS and it looks like they are off to a successful start. There was absolutely no reason for his attitude. We were simply trying to shop, and instead we were treated with disrespect from the moment he approached us. Customer service should never make people feel belittled or unwelcome, especially when they were left without any help to begin with. If you value being treated with basic courtesy and respect, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. My mom and I will definitely never be back.

The seller claimed that I must have dropped the item in water, which is completely false. The item was never exposed to water or physical damage. Despite the product being defective, the seller refused to replace it. I also spoke with their customer service by phone, and the only solution they offered was a $10 refund, which I do not consider acceptable for a defective product. Because the merchant refused to properly resolve the issue, I contacted the payment processing company to dispute the transaction and request a refund. This experience has been very disappointing. The product I purchased from this brand did not work properly, and based on my experience, I would not purchase from them again anymore!
