This place is busy for a reason, and there's no question they can't answer. The service is stellar. I bought product that is okay and by that, I mean unbalanced ratio of air intake to the vapor produced, creating a longer, weaker light hit. That's the thing with all cartridges though, it's high quality product, but other factors which affects the individual preferences of a "pull" or "drag" have nothing to do with the lounge. It's me and the cartridge. I will use it another time, as a back up. Only mentioning because it was almost 50.00. Looking forward to seeing more variety. That said, I would refrain from buying any vape devices from this store, unless of course they give you "the entire speech" of do's & don'ts regarding your new device. On 10/5/20, I bought a new device. Keep in mind, this was the 3rd device I had purchased at this store. The guy at the counter said let me get my manager. The manager comes out and says oh sorry we can't help you. No store credit. No even exchange. No nothing. The manager said should I call the owner Lou? I said definitely yes. After waiting about five minutes for the manager to call the owner Lou, the manager tells me, oh sorry there's nothing we can do. My device was one month old; and there's nothing you can do for me? They are one of the few places around that carry Charlotte's Web CBD. You don't need a medical card to buy it, no ID, etc. Cash or credit card. Charlotte's Web really works for chronic pain, including cancer pain. It comes in 2 flavors: olive oil and mint chocolate. We buy the Everyday Advanced mint chocolate flavor. The dose is 12-15 drops, two or three times a day. It's a bit pricey but worth every drop. I wish everyone had access to CBD. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. read more

I am giving this business 1 star for several reasons... #1 There were 3 people working in the store and literally only one guy, blonde with glasses was actually interested in helping me and my friend. The other guys were to busy messing with their "mods" and fucking around.... #2 The EgoC Twist batteries are knock offs.... for 5$ more you can buy the real thing from another store...Look on the bottom for an E etched into it, if you see that its real..... also the light is WHITE not Blue... #3 I bought the KangerTech protank mini 2 and supposedly it was not supposed to leak... while this is not SC Vape Lounges fault i went in there looking for some help and the dude totally scratched the hell out of the metal on my tank and the battery attachment piece... It was only 4 days old and I was pretty bummed because it looks ghetto now.. thanks dude... not to mention they didn't fix it and I had to figure it out myself... When I went back to show them what was going on (the o-ring was bunched up and ripped and therefore not able to create a seal, (not caused by anything I did) I showed them and was told to go to Ace hardware and buy a washer and fix it myself... I was pretty pissed as it was only 4 days old... I am totally new to this whole vape thing and I went in totally naive and feel like i was taken advantage of... The only reason I found out it was fake was when I went to get another one from a different Vape store and noticed it was shorter and bigger around than the one I had so I asked the guy hey whats up with that and he informed me it was fake... The only redeeming thing is that I went in to return my fake EgoCTwist (7 day return policy) and they took it back no issues... I informed them it was fake and was told yeah, and that the owners weren't doing anything about it after being informed they weren't legit... In my opinion that's bad business.... They had a juice bar to try any flavor they had available, with one of the broadest selections of flavors and companies I have ever seen! Not only did they treat me like family, but even the customers have become good friends. It is a fun environment to meet people in a casual setting, whether you are looking for a new mod, or just starting out. They are more than willing to answer any question you have on topic to the best if their knowledge (and based on my experience with other places, these guys know more than most places.) They also have the fairest prices in the area. If you are looking for a great place to learn more about vaping, or just looking for a place to lounge and vape amongst fellow vapers, this is the place to be. 5 stars, without giving any thought!!! This is a fairly new spot. I heard the old place used to be a dry cleaners spot. I had a great experience with the guys that works here. I'm fairly new to vaping and wanted a custom one but at a reasonable price. The guys were very knowledgeable and are willing to teach. They showed me how to set it up and even how to wrap the coil. I wish I knew more of the terminologies for vaping but hey if you go to them they'll tell you all about it. While I waited they had me try a couple of flavors which was great. They even give you a complimentary bottle water. What I really like about them is that they worked together to satisfy the customer. I waited a good two hours for my set-up but it was well worth it. I even got some good discount on top of the 20% I saw on a flyer. They have a wide variety of flavors and like I said you can go and try them out in the shop. Overall a good experience! UPDATE: So after I bought my new set-up I told both my roommates about the place. One I had convince to quit smoking because he never smoked before and to just try this. The other lost his vape and need a new one. One went on his own and the other I took with me. Both of them got a new set-up and also bought a couple of flavors. I asked if there was any discount or incentive for bringing them customers and it was pretty much ignored...I thought I could have received a new flavor or a little something but alright, it's all good. read more

After taking tincture of CBD oil, my blood pressure went down 19 points in less than 3 1/2 hours! I injured my back assisting a quadriplegic student last year. Even after a year of treatment, I am still experiencing pain. I've tried everything from Ayervedic Massage Oils to Chiropractic care, to Physical Therapy, and Yoga. All have given temporary relief; but nothing long term. Also, I've always had low blood pressure, but after the injury, my blood pressure has been slightly elevated, even to the point where Doctors are saying if it doesn't come down, I will have to start taking a prescription medicine. My sister mentioned to me that after a friend of hers started taking CBD oil, their blood pressure came down. So today, I made a concerted effort and found SC Vape Lounge! Before I went, I took my blood pressure. At 4:30 it was 148/91. About an hour after taking the CBD oil, my BP was 138/86. Then by 8:00 it was 129/88.There really is something to this oil. I still have a headache, but I believe the CBD has taken the "edge" off the back pain, so it's much more bearable. Most importantly, I'm relieved to know that my blood pressure may be under control without the use of a prescription medicine. read more

Came here based on all the positive reviews on Yelp. I was in San Clemente visiting my daughter and broke the glass on my tank. They didn't have a replacement glass piece, so I decided to purchase a new tank. They had a nice selection of products. Their customer service was excellent. Friendly and welcoming. I'm still fairly new to vaping so they asked me some questions based on what I liked and also answered my questions with relative ease. Bought a vape two weeks ago and it already started malfunctioning. I figured it would be an easy exchange because I had all the packaging and everything. Nope not the case at all. This shop has no return policy, which pretty much means they can sell you faulty products with no consequence for them. Take your business to a place that is willing to accommodate and stand behind their products. This spot is overpriced also. Just go pay half of the price online for the same service. But all it is is one counter and overpriced juices.
