The customer service is always pretty lame. There's always 2 dudes and they don't really make me feel welcome. Maybe it's because they're stoned but the older guy actually turned his back on me. The younger one was polite but I get the feeling that they aren't comfortable working there and wish they could be anywhere else. Minimal eye contact, no smiling. I've had a better time at the DMV! As for the products I got 2 Koi vapes. The design of the vape has gone downhill. Even tho I got an indica and a sativa after I opened them they looked exactly alike and had no distinguishing colors or markings. The oil reservoirs were clear so that it was obvious what they were NG. Also little rubber caps covered the mouth piece. They were lost immediately. Customer Service is on point here, been coming here a while, even when I was in the military. Always friendly and employees are very knowledgeable. I'm not sure what the owners name is, however, I ended up coming in this morning to grab a disposable vape before work. Finally opened it around 1:00 pm and it was a dud. Most shops will make you pay if you leave the store before opening it, but he gave it back to me for free. Definitely recommend. read more

Well that was a waste of money and time... my boyfriend went in to get some high hemp papers and he said they told him they were brand new, well we opened the package & the cones were literally cracking because they were so dry, I definitely can't use these to roll. It was absolutely nice smoke shop. More of GLASS ART which I enjoyed a lot. They have a lot of selections in pipes. (You can find bongs, steamroller, spoon pipe, Sherlock, and other) The guy who helped us were really nice. We spent good 40 minutes asking everything about pipes. My friends really liked the smoke shop too. Price is fairly negotiable. I purchased nice clear bubbler with $35 (case/bag included). It hit smooth and really nice pipe. This store is over priced.... usually not knowledgeable about what they have in stock and just again, way overpriced. I would recommend going to a local glassblower or buying any other needed products online due to such a price difference. The ONLY PLUS is that this is the only smoke shop in the near by area that carries such a large variety of products.. even if they don't know what you may need they probably have it. Great selection, usually excellent customer service. I've never had a problem at this shop in the past, every employee is usually extremely knowledgeable and nice. The young gentleman that was working today that's obvious New and had very glazed eyes, did not know the product selection very well. I bought my item cash it was the wrong item and he would not let me return it when I came back to the shop 15 minutes later. I was given store credit for a $14 item. Incredibly lame, He then proceeded to call me a dick and told me I didn't have to get mean. After I replied "OK give me my store fucking credit"in a displeased customer voice. Customer service here sucks. Walked in and the guy working definitely knew we were there and we walked to the back and he never came to help us. We had to go to the front so he would acknowledge us. Worst customer service and terrible prices. The heavy set female employee is extremely rude and unhelpful. She even knows she's in the wrong because she admitted while helping me she was being unprofessional and shouldn't be saying what she's saying. They overcharge on ALL products so I was asking for a deal on an item that has been sitting on their shelf for 6+ years. She wasn't willing to give a deal and was acting like I was dumb for even asking. Seems like they'd rather have glass collecting dust than actually sell it. Half their inventory is extremely cheap china glass and the other is no name American artists, with the exception of a couple good artists, that have been sitting on the shelves for years. Also all their cigars and wraps are dry and turn to dust when touched. I would avoid this shop completely, poor prices and poor products without good customer service to make up for it. read more

Broke my limited edition rig that was gifted to me and wanted to cry. Visited this place since it is close by and couldn't have had better service. The guy who helped me was incredibly nice and helpful. Don't remember his name unfortunately, but, he had long hair with a hat on. Super nice and helpful dude. Not sure why people on here say they don't budge on their prices. I was given my new rig with $100 off. Fast forward to today. I broke the mouthpiece on my new rig and was beyond bummed. I was hopeful I could just buy a new mouth piece and fortunately, I was in luck. Same guy helped again and was just as awesome as the first time. And, he gave me $10 off of the new mouth piece.
