Instead of greeting us or offering assistance when he finally came out, the guy behind the counter immediately spoke to us in a condescending, rude tone, like we were children who had done something wrong. There was absolutely no reason for his attitude. We were simply trying to shop, and instead we were treated with disrespect from the moment he approached us. Customer service should never make people feel belittled or unwelcome, especially when they were left without any help to begin with. The seller claimed that I must have dropped the item in water, which is completely false. The item was never exposed to water or physical damage. Despite the product being defective, the seller refused to replace it. I also spoke with their customer service by phone, and the only solution they offered was a $10 refund, which I do not consider acceptable for a defective product. Because the merchant refused to properly resolve the issue, I contacted the payment processing company to dispute the transaction and request a refund. This experience has been very disappointing. The product I purchased from this brand did not work properly, and based on my experience, I would not purchase from them again anymore!

The staff actually know their stuff and take the time to listen, explain, and help you find exactly what you're looking for instead of just pointing at a shelf. Their selection is top-tier. Whether you're into cigars, glass, vapes, or accessories, everything is clean, high quality, and well curated. You can tell they care about what they carry and who they're serving. The shop itself is always organized and comfortable, the kind of place you don't mind hanging out for a few minutes and talking shop. What really sets Capo apart is the respect and consistency. They treat customers like people, not transactions. That kind of service is rare, and it keeps me coming back every time. If your late for your Tee-Time and need to rush in, they do have a decent selection and are right there at the street. I walked in and nobody even acknowledged I was there, and I actually felt a little unwelcome by the "Clientele" who appeared to be a couple surfers and some guy sleeping in a barber chair!? Not sure what that's about, but it wasn't even the creepiest thing about it. The woman who helped us has completely picked the skin on her forehead and chest to nearly a solid scab, Eeeeeeew! While trying to not make eye contact with her I focused on her mouth, bad idea. She had the "up all night" lizard tongue and appeared to have completely lost control of what her mouth was doing! It was then she asks "would you like that cut?" I shuddered at the thought of this woman's flesh picking fingers touching the mouth area of my cigar, or any other part of it for that matter. "No, I'll take care of that!" I replied and took my goods.

He was very welcoming as I enter the store and right away started helping me solve the riddle that had taken over my torch. I already was OK with just getting a new one. He invested a good 510 minutes into trying to figure out what is going on what is wrong with it? Investing curiosity to find a solution so that should not found and I said it's all good brother. I'll just get a new one such good vibes. Spent another 1015 minutes just looking over some of the shops amazing merchandise as we were chatting exchange stories and educating me on some of the newer technology. Dylan is definitely a vital aspect of the shops success. He took extremely good care of me and I'm so grateful for that. It's a little things that will keep me coming back for anything possible I need in the future. The shop itself was extremely clean. Well organized and noticing the inviting couch with a nice electric guitar next to it looks like an invitation to kick back and chill and hang out if ever desired. The only smoke shop I'll go to if I plan on dropping more then $100. Quality in every glass piece from high end to low and most of the staff is extremely friendly. I had a great experience with any when she helped me pick out my $500 sovereignty imperial double barrel with great patience. I'm the type of person that takes my time when spending large sums of money and Amy was very understanding of that. However her boss, the owner of the shop doesn't feel the same way. The bong I purchased previous to the sovereignty was a sci Fi perc that ran me $220. When I was shopping around the shop and asking for specifics she started to rush my purchase like I was bothering her. Besides that though I've purchased from here for over 4 years now big and small most of the staff has great attitude. Maybe if the boss can learn some patience I'll change my review to 5 stars :) read more

This place is great. This kid named Red I guess referring to his hair claimed to have one of everything or he could get it! The older girl really knew about the vaporizers. I would recommend this place to anyone. It's the best of the best! I asked for directions over the phone and hey totally helped me cause San Clemente can be confusing! P.S. When I sa it's ultra high end I mean that bird in the back but I got a pipe and wraps under $25. Go me. read more
