I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this smoke shop and will never be coming back. When my mom and I walked in, there was no employee at the counter, so we started looking around to find what we needed on our own. Instead of greeting us or offering assistance when he finally came out, the guy behind the counter immediately spoke to us in a condescending, rude tone, like we were children who had done something wrong. There was absolutely no reason for his attitude. We were simply trying to shop, and instead we were treated with disrespect from the moment he approached us. Customer service should never make people feel belittled or unwelcome, especially when they were left without any help to begin with. If you value being treated with basic courtesy and respect, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. My mom and I will definitely never be back. read more

STOP selling fake products. I purchased some Proxies from Here & Got super sick Then did some digging, the product I got was fake. I just purchased a glass piece from this smoke shop and after using it 2or 3 times the glass cracked. I immediately called and told, what sounded like the owner, what happened and he laughed at me when I asked if I could exchange the broken piece. I thought if I brought it back in that I might have better luck as you could see that the break was not my fault. Nope!! They only $8. On my way to pay I noticed the wide selection of weed bongs. The clerk named Jacob was very helpful giving me a lil summary of each piece. I went with this squid one looks clean AF.
