The staff actually know their stuff and take the time to listen, explain, and help you find exactly what you're looking for instead of just pointing at a shelf. Their selection is top-tier. Whether you're into cigars, glass, vapes, or accessories, everything is clean, high quality, and well curated. You can tell they care about what they carry and who they're serving. The shop itself is always organized and comfortable, the kind of place you don't mind hanging out for a few minutes and talking shop. What really sets Capo apart is the respect and consistency. They treat customers like people, not transactions. That kind of service is rare, and it keeps me coming back every time. If you want quality products, real knowledge, and genuine customer care, Capo Smoke & Cigar is the spot.

He was very welcoming as I enter the store and right away started helping me solve the riddle that had taken over my torch. I already was OK with just getting a new one. He invested a good 510 minutes into trying to figure out what is going on what is wrong with it? Investing curiosity to find a solution so that should not found and I said it's all good brother. I'll just get a new one such good vibes. Spent another 1015 minutes just looking over some of the shops amazing merchandise as we were chatting exchange stories and educating me on some of the newer technology. Dylan is definitely a vital aspect of the shops success. He took extremely good care of me and I'm so grateful for that. It's a little things that will keep me coming back for anything possible I need in the future. The shop itself was extremely clean. Well organized and noticing the inviting couch with a nice electric guitar next to it looks like an invitation to kick back and chill and hang out if ever desired. If you get a chance, I recommend swinging in there and say hi if Dylan's working, he's got some really amazing stories. I am impressed with his passion for merchandise and his knowledge is beyond anyone I've ever met before. Thank you Dylan.!!! I will see you again soon.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this smoke shop and will never be coming back…read more When my mom and I walked in, there was no employee at the counter, so we started looking around to find what we needed on our own. Instead of greeting us or offering assistance when he finally came out, the guy behind the counter immediately spoke to us in a condescending, rude tone, like we were children who had done something wrong. There was absolutely no reason for his attitude. We were simply trying to shop, and instead we were treated with disrespect from the moment he approached us. Customer service should never make people feel belittled or unwelcome, especially when they were left without any help to begin with. If you value being treated with basic courtesy and respect, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. My mom and I will definitely never be back.
