An appointment is made online, when you arrive your information is taken. You then wait in a line, and a store associate will then get you when it is your turn. Lots of knowledgeable information is given and they help you make the best choice for what your needs may be. It was definitely a great experience and very professional.

Worst service I've ever had here. God awful. Dude needs to lay off the smoke if he can't work while on it. Get someone to train him to because he clearly didn't give the slightest shit about what I wanted or asked about. I asked two questions. After the second he was clearly irritated when all I asked was if there were any other deals than the one he recommended which wasn't even close to what I asked about. He clearly doesn't even know your product. I told him to forget it and I went and ordered at the kiosk. Man oh man. What a terrible experience. I am now going to start looking elsewhere because of this clown. Take care

I have ordered from them many times. My rating is based solely on one thing: Terrible, Unpleasant and Unhelpful Customer Service by the droid who answers their phones and takes the orders. I realize you are busy. I realize you are making piles of money delivering bud to the stoners but some of us are actual medical patients and yes, we may want details about a product. Since you have no dispensary where we can come in and read labels and check out your products, all we can do is call and ask a questions if we have one. How hard could that be? Every time I have ordered, I get what sounds like the same guy. He sounds miserable, like you're bothering him and he has better things to do. When asked simple questions, dude (I wish I had asked his name) will give you one word answers or say go to the website. We're not morons, dude, we've already been to the website. Dude doesn't want to answer your questions. Dude either doesn't know or doesn't care. Dude will cut you off mid-sentence and rudely say "call back when you're ready to order". Which in my case will be never again. Bye dude!
