The seller claimed that I must have dropped the item in water, which is completely false. The item was never exposed to water or physical damage. Despite the product being defective, the seller refused to replace it. I also spoke with their customer service by phone, and the only solution they offered was a $10 refund, which I do not consider acceptable for a defective product. Because the merchant refused to properly resolve the issue, I contacted the payment processing company to dispute the transaction and request a refund. This experience has been very disappointing. The product I purchased from this brand did not work properly, and based on my experience, I would not purchase from them again anymore!

It all started with a friendly smile and hello by the young lady working at the counter named Zoe. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, educated me about the brand new vape that I had just come up on, and went above and beyond by taking apart my vape and changing my coil for me. I highly recommend this place! Incredibly efficient, honest & most importantly, friendly. Mad props to Zoe...thanks for making this experience fast and easy! Will definitely be coming back!!!!

I've been a loyal customer of this shop for over two years and have spent thousands of dollars…read morehere. But after what happened on August 3rd around 12:30 AM, I don't know if I'll ever come back. I bought a vape two days ago and didn't try it in-store because I was in a rush--I'm a driver by profession, and I had a passenger waiting. I drove all the way from Orange to Costa Mesa just to buy from here, even though there's a much bigger smoke shop right next to my house. That's how much I've trusted this place. But when I tried the vape, the flavor was completely off--like it had gone bad or was defective. I came back expecting a simple exchange. Instead, I was met with attitude and zero help. I also noticed the prices have become ridiculous. A pipe I've always bought here for $2 suddenly cost $5. A large Newport butane gas was $10, and another gas I can buy anywhere for $4 was sold to me for $7. It really feels like I was being taken advantage of. This shop is right between two bars, across from Triangle--this location should be packed with people. But maybe this is why it's not. The owner of the leasing space should take a good look at how the business is being run and how regular customers are being treated. This is not how you treat someone who's spent so much money and still chooses your shop over many others. If management is reading this: I'm still holding on to the faulty vape. Do the right thing and make this right.
