The counter staff often moves with the urgency of someone who has fully embraced the lifestyle, calm, relaxed, and absolutely not racing against time. It's a dispensary, so I appreciate the vibe, but a tiny sprinkle of hustle would be lovely. Delivery communication could also use some improvement. You usually have to call to follow up on your order status, and even then, getting someone to answer the phone feels like winning a small lottery. Great products, good people, but maybe the staff should enjoy the product after work hours, not during the customer service portion of the day.

I emphasized to Mike I just want something mellow not strong, just to help me sleep. I'm not interested in the "high" aspect vs the medicinal. He was so helpful, informative and reasonable to sell me samples to try. I should also mention I called late afternoon on a Saturday and he was able to deliver my samples within 2 hours!!
