Best vape store in town, hands-down. Great selection and great customer service. You can find products that you cannot find elsewhere for a decent price. It's my number one and only go to for anything vape! read more

I've been using disposable vapes for about 4 years and not once have I paid $40. The Flum Pebble goes for $15 online and $24 in most shops they charged me $39. Unbelievable. If you bought a 10 pack and ordered it that would be valued at $110 if you bought 10 from this shop it would value out to $360. They make 3 whole boxes worth on selling just 10 and some change. read more

What first struck me was this spot's cleanliness. They had some hella variety, including glassware and CBD products. The employee, Matthew, was knowledgeable and helpful; moreover, I observed him interacting with other customers professionally and courteously. They've a military discount too. Chill spot. Great shop. Well priced. Lots of vape dispos and battery's. Shout out Joey. Joey provided excellent guest service and was exceptionally helpful. Multiple times have I come in needing one more essential item to roll up my grass and Joey has always provided and pulled thru despite coming in 3 minutes before close he still treated me with lots of respect and kindness. read more

Don't allow size to fool you! When you walk in it is kinda small but it's packed with all things good! They have everything you need from beginner vapors (ego twists) to the most experienced vapors (high end mech mods and attys). I was greeted the second I walked in. Just one guy was working and he was with a customer already. They have a nice verity of juice to sample. I didn't have the time this particular day to sit down and try them all out, so I bought a juice based upon the description provided in their beautifully displayed catalog. ( in which I love btw) The employee excused himself from the customer he was already working with the grab the juice bottle for me and ring me out quickly. He had great manors and treated both us customers with respect and that's a HUGE plus in my book! If I would have had more time, I would have grabbed a seat and tried out many if the flavors they have to offer, and possible just sat and relaxed outside on their adorable little patio. Very cute little shop. I liked the vibe in there it was very laid back and a chill atmosphere. I also love that they have the quite patio outside to sit and relax at. Epic little shop in my book. Thank you for the hospitality. read more

I can honestly say that this is the best vape shop I've ever been to! It's super organized and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. And I mean really helpful!! I was having car issues and Craig went out of his way to help fix my car. I am honestly just so grateful, no other vape place would ever even be close to being as supportive of their customers As Vape Oasis is. They also have all the Bang bar flavors and always have my favorite cool mint in stock. I always get the cool mint one but mentioned that I wanted to try new ones I was just scared to. So they gave me one to try out like a week or two ago and now it's my new favorite. They are just so good to their customers, I'm so stoked on this place! I've been to so many smoke shops and this one takes the cake. Its just such a pleasant environment, plus they open early and there's a coffee shop next door. It's a really cool place to shop around. This review is really long because they are just that good as a business. thank you guys for being so welcoming! read more

Had to find a shop near me when I was in San Clemente when my dad's vape stopped working randomly (from dropping it on the ground). I looked up on yelp which shops were near me and choose to come here to Vape Oasis because it's five stars. I believe Conner was his name, he easily fixed it and no charge! My dad is also trying to stop smoking, so he also found a good juice that taste like a sweet tobacco that he really enjoys!! Thanks! read more

Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to make a great recommendation. This is the only shop that stays open a little later in the area, not only that they actually have inventory. Will be back! read more

This store is fantastic! They cater to customer needs, they provide friendly service as well! There staff is well knowledgeable and will do almost anything to make sure there customers are happy. This is now my local shop for a reason people! Five stars hands down. read more

This place is so overpriced! While the customer service is pretty good, the prices are insane! For those of you shopping this location who are unaware of the deals you can find at other shops: take the time to look elsewhere. They wanted to charge me $92 for the Lost Vape Orion (Not the DNA version), ONE coil/cartridge, and 30ml of salt nic. Let's break that down: If you paid $30 for 30ml of juice (insane), and $10 for a single cartridge (ridiculous), that would mean the device itself would be $52 (crazy). You can purchase this device, TWO coils, and 30ML of juice for $52 other places. In other words, you're paying nearly double to shop here. read more

My go-to shop for juice and coils. Whenever it's Jono behind the counter, then you're going to leave with what you want. The guy really knows his stuff... sometimes I come in and give a vague flavor description for which I'm in the mood... and his recommendation is always spot-on. Plus, he's always friendly, patient, and happy to help with questions/fixes. He's the reason I keep coming back, keep it up brother! read more

This evening I went to get a bottle of juice. I'm a usual at this spot. There seemed to be a new employee. After the transaction, I asked for a receipt and I was denied because their machine was broken. I didn't think it'd be a big deal till I check my bank statement and was charged an extra 10 dollars. I returned back to the store and he was gaming on his computer and didn't even notice that I was there. I explained my side and he couldn't find my transaction in the system and completely forgot that I was there 45 minutes before. I asked to talk to his manager but he denied me. I said I was on a time schedule due to a reservation and responded with "well I'm not" and "it's not my fault". After about 30 minutes with no answers I walked out WITHOUT my refund. Ya'll can be the judge of this... read more

Update on my review; the owner contacted me and offered a refund or replacement. I did choose the replacement and am very happy. Taking care of customers and making it right. Thank you Craig! Five stars all around now! First off, I want to say that the employees who work here are fantastic so five stars for them. This review is for the owner. I have bought many units over the years at this shop and never had a problem. The last one had a different tank that shattered so I threw it away. Then the battery just died shortly thereafter. It was a defective unit. The gentleman helping me called the owner to see if he could exchange exchange it. The owner said no because the manufacturer wouldn't reimburse HIM so I was forced to purchase another one. The battery was defective, the tank poorly designed but I didn't keep the broken tank. Pure, good customer service would dictate replacing the unit. I've never, ever returned anything. I get my juices, sets, everything here. He lost far more than the cost of one unit for not standing behind the product and do what it make a good customer happy. My husband talked me into e-cigs in 2013 and while I'm not sure it's less expensive, it's better for me. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to the owner. Again, the employees are great. I will miss them. read more

This is my all time favorite Vape shop. I live in RSM but still make the drive on my days off back down to San Clemente just to buy from this shop. Connor is an amazing manager and they have solid prices on their products. This is the only shop in the south OC area that consistently has all the juices I smoke. You won't be disappointed visiting and building a relationship with this shop, they definitely take care of their valued customers. read more

This place is great. Relaxed little shop with lots of juice lines. Plenty of choices. Good prices and most of all a very friendly helpful staff.
