Elizabeth on the other hand was a little more difficult. We called afterwards to get some clarification and make some adjustments but she kept talking over us instead of listening to what we wanted. She remained professional, but it was just hard to convey to her what we wanted. We luckily got it sorted out and then Erin confirmed the changes the next day. Deb in customer service is another exceptional person to work with. There were some discrepancies that did not match what we wanted when we got our delivery but she was very easy to work with and quickly resolved our concerns. Overall, we love our sectional. The design with the size and color and materials fit our place to the T. Highly recommend and it will cost you so much less than what the designer places will cost you.
