I work with James, who builds weekly workout routines (predominantly strength training for now) which I access through an app. He's accessible for support with nutrition advice, encouragement, answering questions about form and more. I appreciate the regular scans to help me see my progress. It's all tailored to my personal needs and goals. When I come into the gym, I often train with Kurt. He's great at helping me push past myself, keep good form, and smile! The gym is simply gorgeous. New equipment, so clean and well organized. They really have everything. My experiences here have been a tremendous positive impact in my physical well being. I would highly recomened Oasis Training Facility for those at any level. I've seen them work with older folks (grandparents) and teen athletes. You should stop in for a visit. It will be worth the time.

The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind, always going the extra mile to make sure you feel confident and comfortable in your fitness journey. The equipment is top-tier, the space is always clean, and the atmosphere is positive, motivating, and inclusive. What truly sets this place apart is the sense of community--it's not just a gym, it's a place where people uplift each other and grow together. Whether you're just starting out or you're years into your journey, this gym meets you where you are and helps you become the best version of yourself. As someone training for a military program, I came in with very specific goals and high standards. Thanks to the dedicated support and expert programming here, I was able to successfully pass a rigorous physical fitness test that was essential for my next step. That accomplishment is something I'll always be proud of--and I couldn't have done it without this team. I'm so grateful to have found this place. Highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just a workout--this gym is the real deal. THANK YOU FRANCO, TYLER, KURT, AND JAMES!

They can play dodgeball and kickball which they couldn't before. They don't get bullied anymore and still are able to keep their kind and gentle demeanor. It wasn't easy at first they hated the gym the 1st, 5 months but I told them, they had to give it a year. Now they love the gym and they are so happy have the skills set. They are still white belts and will probably never be fighters but they are no longer cowards. The atmosphere is a close group who all are very kind, and patient, yet the best of the best fighters who are tough but humble. Love the coaches Joe, Sam, Trevor, Louie all of these guys do a great job encouraging these kids. If you have a kid who is weak, scared of a ball, completely uncoordinated, take them to Dan's give it a year make them go faithfully at least 2x a week to jujitsu or wrestling and they will make your child have confidence and courage. It will improve their future. Don't worry your kid won't become a jerk they stay humble. I can't thank the Dan's gym enough on how my boys improved.

This place is like the gym Average Joe's in the movie Dodge Ball (except not the good guys, just…read morethe average part). They have some great instructors, but unfortunately the members create an atmosphere of insecurity and fear. If you show up with any experience, confidence, or heaven forbid are good looking, in shape, and not religious, then you will be hated like you're a Globo Gym member. Not only will they hate you, they will begin to spread lies and rumors about you and give you dirty glances. We witnessed them allow a member to continuously cause trouble, disobey the rules of the mat, and disrespect other members of the gym and the instructors and manager never did anything until after 9 months of not paying his dues they finally kicked him out. This guy was over 6' tall, 270 pounds, tattoos on his face... he was intimidating. He was also a very poor sport, no sportsmanship and no regard for etiquette. He threw tantrums when he didn't get submissions in jiu jitsu, he was always challenging the upper ranked belts to prove himself, he tried to start physical altercations with professional fighters at fight night, he tried to start fights with my husband threatening him through text, and they even allowed this member's young son to accost little girls in jiu jitsu, making creepy comments to them, and bullying other members of all ages, much like his father. There is a heavy Christian influence pervading the place, which seems to encourage the negative behavior. They forgive the bully over and over which punishes the victims. That member was just one example of the culture at large. Be aware of the groups of women who are there every day who act like they own the place and bully around doing what they want without consequences, acting like their membership doesn't cost the same as yours. If you want to go back to high school but pay for it, then this is your spot.

In my younger days, I literally looked like a walking Nike advertisement from all of my track and field days, BUT after getting married and having children things just seem to change both physically and mentally. Literally, the semi private workout experience at P3 totally reminded me of being on the track and doing work out moves that makes your entire body feel likes it's being challenged for the good. Yes, I am signed up at another gym too(contract), but there's no one there to hold me accountable, tell me when my form is off, or just give me a High five when I need one. I experienced all of those things today from other clients working out at P3, as well as the trainer. It made a world of a difference. Signing up at P3 feels like I just became a part of a fitness family! I can't wait to see how much my body changes over the course of the next month! I'm so stoked I found this gem named P3 Fitness!

Pilates Co has literally been LIFE CHANGING for me and I really wish I would've started sooner…read more Heads up this is going to be a long review. I did not know what Pilates was. I just thought it's an exercise that Jennifer Aniston does and she's obviously in great shape. So as much as I wanted to try Pilates, there was this intimidation factor that I was too out of shape. I've taken fitness classes before and I just had trouble keeping up. I am glad to report Pilates is the opposite. If you are out of shape or recovering from an injury, reformer Pilates is really a great place to start. I finally decided to just go for it and signed up for their new client special 4 classes for $45 mid October 2025. I've been having sciatica pain since my first pregnancy in 2012 and just have had it ever since. It flares up more during the time of the month. I went to physical therapy in the beginning of Oct 2025 and thought you know what I'm just going to sign up and try Pilates. I am so glad I did. I started going once a week with Julee Flores as my instructor. She is so nice and helpful. Actually everyone at Pilates co is. I didn't know about grip socks so I didn't show up with any my first time but it was ok. So just a heads up, bring grip socks. If you don't, they do sell their own cute ones and they are good quality! It will run you about $20 though. If you are brand new, the instructors always check in and ask if you have any injuries or limitations. They then offer modifications if needed. The instructor walks you through step by step and will come over to help you if you need it or if you ask for help. While you do everything as a class. You're on your own individual reformer so you can still go at your own pace. The instructors will encourage you and they won't ever make you feel bad for taking a break or needing to modify. You do what is best for YOUR body so no pressure to do what your neighbor is doing. There are different levels. If you are newer or beginner, you will want to sign up for their reformer 1. Then there's all levels which would be for when you've done reformer 1 for a while and are familiar with the reformer and cues. There is an athletic reformer, barre and reformer 2 class. Lastly, my favorite class stretch and restore. I love going to stretch and restore atleast once a week to foam roll out my muscles. I just feel so relaxed afterwards. It may not be the same for everyone, I've heard that it can be painful for some. There are three different locations you can go to once you sign up because they are all owned by the same owners who you will see teaching classes and taking classes. It's really cool because both the owners are so nice so it makes sense that their studios are just like them. They have great taste too! The studios are clean and calming with neutral colors and plants. It's really become my favorite place to be. After each class I just feel great. I don't feel so sore that I can't do anything. The classes work out your whole body and I love that you get mini stretches throughout. The instructors teach you mind body connection and after each class I just feel physically, mentally and emotionally better. Then there is Danielle Weatherly who is amazing. I walked into her class and she immediately could tell what I needed help with just by looking at me. She recommended that I take one private one on one so that she could make recommendations based on where I was at that I could make in class. That way I when I came to class I could be more effective. I thought yea that sounds great. I wasn't sure what to expect when I came for my private. She started by assessing my range of motion and then went over different exercises I could do at home that would help me. Danielle went over modifications that I could do during class while I worked on building up my strength to do certain exercises that way I wouldn't accidentally injury myself from not know what I was doing. Yes She even emailed me everything we did with the exercises and everything after our session. I was so impressed and just thought wow that was so helpful and she really didn't have to do all that. I have never felt pressured or felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I have always felt like they were genuinely trying to help me get better and become my best self. I am so appreciative of everyone there. For example there will be times when instructors like Ashley who is just an amazing human will be in a little early because she's taking the class after mine. She knows me and knows that I have sciatica pain. She will just come over even though she's not working and help me! Ashley is great to take if you are a beginner or recovering from an injury. She is so helpful and supportive. Her classes are always booked and hard to get into but totally worth it when you get in. Whenever I'm off work, I try to schedule in advance so that I can get into Danielle and Ashley's classes.

Christina has a knack for pushing you past your comfort level to a point that you would never have gone on your own, BUT she never asks you to do something unsafe that will result in injury. She has helped me to do/achieve things that I never thought I would be able to do. Other trainers don't care about your growth or progress. They are content with providing clients with the same routines. They don't care if their clients plateau. All they care about is collecting their money. Christina is not like that at all.
