After taking my first class at P3, I knew immediately that I had found a gem!! It's more like a personal training studio than a gym and was welcoming as soon as you walked in. Cat was teaching our session, but the owner Priscilla was there, and made sure to make me feel like I'd been going there all along. As someone who enjoys a change up in my exercise routine, Priscilla changes up the exercises class to class, anything from battle ropes to free weights and rings, etc... be prepared to sweat, 30 minutes may not seem like a long time, but I promise that it's more than enough!! As a client, Priscilla and staff are always checking in with me and holding me accountable for my goals. They meet with clients one on one to discuss goals and take measurements so you can actually track progress, because we all know too well that if we're not seeing results that we'll give up. read more

If I could only choose one word to explain this fitness gym it would be INCREDIBLE!! Seriously, I know an awesome workout from a "so so" workout. In my younger days, I literally looked like a walking Nike advertisement from all of my track and field days, BUT after getting married and having children things just seem to change both physically and mentally. Literally, the semi private workout experience at P3 totally reminded me of being on the track and doing work out moves that makes your entire body feel likes it's being challenged for the good. Yes, I am signed up at another gym too(contract), but there's no one there to hold me accountable, tell me when my form is off, or just give me a High five when I need one. I experienced all of those things today from other clients working out at P3, as well as the trainer. It made a world of a difference. This is more than just a place to work out. I've been struggling for a while to drop the weight and decided to do a 21 day challenge at P3, I lost 8 lbs and feel great. We are new In the area. We moved in from Cancun, Mexico. Our daughter's gymnastics is right around the corner and we were walking for exercise when we stumbled onto the studio. This was in May. I thought I'd feel intimidated, and was really concerned about being able to keep up, as well as needing modifications for my knees. Priscilla kindly explained modifications for each section. Not only was she very kind hearted and gracious, but her trainers and my fellow workout partners are all very welcoming no matter their level of fitness. (Truth is, I did have a hard time keeping up at first, but it was OK.) It's a Mind, Body, Spirit... "whole you" approach to fitness. Priscilla has the ability to be tough and kind.
