We apparently tracked in fleas from outside where many dogs are walked close to our door, because our inside cat of several years suddenly had fleas, never seen before. Despite treating the cat directly with topical and oral meds, we kept finding them, along with what looked like eggs, when using a flea comb. I was horrified and after researching learned we needed to treat the environment. Matt explained the type of products they would use and what to expect, and the tech was great about communicating when on the way about his arrival time . We were still seeing a couple fleas and eggs a few days later and although I know the cycle can take a few weeks to break I was concerned, as some areas had not been treated. I contacted the office and they were responsive and courteous. Matt reached out with some info and they had the tech return to both retreat with another product and treat some new areas. I know that my stress was showing (having to wash every area rug, blanket, throw, pillow, sheet, anything fabric in hot water and dry it on high to kill the eggs and I was doing laundry round the clock) but the office, Matt and the tech remained patient and empathetic and never made me feel like I was a bother. After the second treatment we haven't seen any further evidence of fleas - but if we did, I know the service is guaranteed. Matt's Pest provided prompt, courteous, professional and effective service. We thought there was a squirrel in our attic and contacted three firms to to give us bids. The…read morefirst firm took pictures that showed the entrance and exit place the squirrel used. the second firm didn't take pictures but gave us a quote. Both of the first two firms required that we agree to "full solution" at a cost of $2,500 and $2,600 plus an annual fee (rather than just get rid of the squirrel). The third bidder was North Fulton who were willing to do only what we needed--just get rid of the squirrel. After their thorough inspection, to our surprise the inspector reported that there was no squirrel at all. (The noise came from other sources, which he identified for us.) This means that the first bidder showed us pictures of some other persons attic, not our own attic. The second bidder obviously found no squirrel intrusion either, but didn't bother to tell us. Their bid was $2,600 with an annual follow-up fee of $225. CONCLUSION. If you want to deal with an honest firm, pick North Fulton Pest Solutions.

They hired the contractor that we had just engaged to rebuild our deck, to come and be their deck division supervisor. He moved to Trademark Your Home/Trademark Renovations just after we decided to use him, but he talked us into staying with him with his new employer. He assured us he would be building and supervising our deck. They quoted us for a 20x20 deck built to 2018 code specifications. We gave them our deposit (1/2 of quote) and it took them a month to start. The supervisor assigned a non-English speaking father and son team to our deck who he had never worked with and had only seen two decks (pictures?) they had built. It became obvious that neither the crew or the supervisor knew current building code. In fact, they weren't familiar with GA code in force since 2012. When confronted with questions about the construction we were either lied to or told it was within code when it wasn't. They failed two building inspections and were asking for the balance of the quote before they were finished with the work. Their idea of a finished deck is anything but professional. They left wood rough and ugly, railings split, and deck boards installed improperly. The supervisor could not communicate effectively with the crew and was using Google translator much of the time. The deck stairs couldn't pass building code and by three months into the project we let them go. We should have demanded more proof of their knowledge and abilities before starting with them. We recommend staying far away from this company.

Jason Turner performed an inspection on one of my houses December 2017 and made false and…read moremisleading statements in his report. When reporting on the NEW heat and air conditioning units that were installed in July 2017 he reported them as 2007 units. When reporting on condition of wood in basement he wrote that the wood was rotting instead of listing as previous damage and no active organisms present. There were bathroom wipes present and he listed this as probably being flushed and causing damage to septic system even though there was a trash receptacle visible for disposal. There is previous old unused WATER pipes with obvious cutoff valves. These were noted as uncapped GAS pipes. Either Jason is untrained or intentionally misleading.

Immediately following my post the owner of the company stepped out and was accountable for my customer experience. Not only that, he contacted me directly to listen to my concerns and proposed a number of ways to make it right. In addition, he had his best service tech and team come out to inspect the work and make any improvements necessary. I was very impressed by that and the follow up by his team. He continued to reach out to make sure I was satisfied. That's how you run a business and I am pleased to give him and his company the highest rating.
