We apparently tracked in fleas from outside where many dogs are walked close to our door, because our inside cat of several years suddenly had fleas, never seen before. Despite treating the cat directly with topical and oral meds, we kept finding them, along with what looked like eggs, when using a flea comb. I was horrified and after researching learned we needed to treat the environment. Matt explained the type of products they would use and what to expect, and the tech was great about communicating when on the way about his arrival time . We were still seeing a couple fleas and eggs a few days later and although I know the cycle can take a few weeks to break I was concerned, as some areas had not been treated. I contacted the office and they were responsive and courteous. Matt reached out with some info and they had the tech return to both retreat with another product and treat some new areas. I know that my stress was showing (having to wash every area rug, blanket, throw, pillow, sheet, anything fabric in hot water and dry it on high to kill the eggs and I was doing laundry round the clock) but the office, Matt and the tech remained patient and empathetic and never made me feel like I was a bother. After the second treatment we haven't seen any further evidence of fleas - but if we did, I know the service is guaranteed. Matt's Pest provided prompt, courteous, professional and effective service. His education in this industry coupled with his experience, makes me feel confident that any pest or bug problem I have can be resolved with this company. I had him spray for carpenter bees, and also set some traps for the pesky squirrels that had gotten into my attic. He also sealed out my house a great service to have if you have a lot of squirrels and live in a wooded area. I highly recommend Matt and his company for any pest control problems. You may have!

Seeing positive reviews made me go with these guys after considering other options. I wish I…read morecould give a good review after using these guys for a year but nothing can make up for poor customer service. They come once a quarter and will spray the perimeter of your house for 5 minutes and call it a day. After I complained that there are wasps and roaches still crawling around the exterior and eventually getting into the house, they sent the technician out again to do the same thing. They also said they can not really control pests outside the house (then what is the point of just spraying out there each time and charging me for it?). I understand if this is a one time service but if I'm paying for your services every few months then I expect not to have a pest problem on my exterior walls. Sorry I don't have pictures of the roaches because they come out at night. Finally, I went away for a little over 3 months for work and got an email telling me I needed to pay for the last visit that had occurred while I was away or it would be turned over to collections. I had already told them that I do not need this service if they can not take care of the wasps because obviously I will not have this problem over the winter months. All my previous visits were paid for except the last one because I was not home to receive the bill. $80 is not a big deal for me and I have already paid it, but to send an email like that during a pandemic where many people will struggle to make ends meet shows you the character of this company. I emailed directly to the owner himself, Brian, and told him regardless of whether service was rendered or not, I am not a satisfied customer and I have made that very clear. If he wants to charge a customer for services that they are not happy with then that is his decision. After a few back and forth responses, he declined to take any ownership of the issue and so I paid. Needless to say I will not be using them again.
