They came out and gave me an estimate and about a year later when I finally was ready to go, they still had it on file and not only honored the estimate but gave me a great package price that was very reasonable. Every contact I've had with this agency has been positive. The staff is friendly and professional. Not only were they prompt about arriving at the 8:30AM appointment time, I believe they were actually slightly early for it. Four guys showed up and set straight to work and the entire process went quickly. Very little physical evidence remained of their visit and the job was done thoroughly. As they were leaving, they thanked me for my business and asked to please be notified if I had any issues or concerns relating to their work. I'm quite pleased with this company, would recommend them to anyone who needs pest treatment.

Seeing positive reviews made me go with these guys after considering other options. I wish I…read morecould give a good review after using these guys for a year but nothing can make up for poor customer service. They come once a quarter and will spray the perimeter of your house for 5 minutes and call it a day. After I complained that there are wasps and roaches still crawling around the exterior and eventually getting into the house, they sent the technician out again to do the same thing. They also said they can not really control pests outside the house (then what is the point of just spraying out there each time and charging me for it?). I understand if this is a one time service but if I'm paying for your services every few months then I expect not to have a pest problem on my exterior walls. Sorry I don't have pictures of the roaches because they come out at night. Finally, I went away for a little over 3 months for work and got an email telling me I needed to pay for the last visit that had occurred while I was away or it would be turned over to collections. I had already told them that I do not need this service if they can not take care of the wasps because obviously I will not have this problem over the winter months. All my previous visits were paid for except the last one because I was not home to receive the bill. $80 is not a big deal for me and I have already paid it, but to send an email like that during a pandemic where many people will struggle to make ends meet shows you the character of this company. I emailed directly to the owner himself, Brian, and told him regardless of whether service was rendered or not, I am not a satisfied customer and I have made that very clear. If he wants to charge a customer for services that they are not happy with then that is his decision. After a few back and forth responses, he declined to take any ownership of the issue and so I paid. Needless to say I will not be using them again.

Our home is not a grand mansion, but he treated it as though it were. Educated me on where the problem was and how he can fix it. Good enough! But he went on to fix it, Since he has been in our home, no more insects sightings. I waited to write this review, just in case I did, but, I have not seen any. Professionalism at the highest, he even assisted me with how to set up and review my portal, because we will keep this company, just like a Doctor, after care is everything. Cost to keep your home bug free? Each person determines that; but I'm pleased with what I paid. Thanks Adam

Terribly disappointed in Andrews!…read more Andrews performed well, UNTIL I cancelled the quarterly pest service. At that point, they still sent out a technician well AFTER the cancellation date, who naturally was able to blindly complete ONLY the OUTSIDE portion of the service, since I was not at home. After that debacle, in good faith, I offered to let the tech come back to complete the INSIDE portion but they were a "no show" on the follow-up date, despite me having taken the day off of work to be at home! No follow-up nor apology from the front-office. To complete the ineptitude trifecta, they have continued to bill me for the FULL $85 for the service despite it being only partially completed. My repeated offers to pay 50%, to put this nightmare behind me, have being utterly ignored. So, zero stars for customer relationship, retention, and responsiveness.
