At that point, they still sent out a technician well AFTER the cancellation date, who naturally was able to blindly complete ONLY the OUTSIDE portion of the service, since I was not at home. After that debacle, in good faith, I offered to let the tech come back to complete the INSIDE portion but they were a "no show" on the follow-up date, despite me having taken the day off of work to be at home! No follow-up nor apology from the front-office. To complete the ineptitude trifecta, they have continued to bill me for the FULL $85 for the service despite it being only partially completed. My repeated offers to pay 50%, to put this nightmare behind me, have being utterly ignored. So, zero stars for customer relationship, retention, and responsiveness.

They come once a quarter and will spray the perimeter of your house for 5 minutes and call it a day. After I complained that there are wasps and roaches still crawling around the exterior and eventually getting into the house, they sent the technician out again to do the same thing. They also said they can not really control pests outside the house (then what is the point of just spraying out there each time and charging me for it?). I understand if this is a one time service but if I'm paying for your services every few months then I expect not to have a pest problem on my exterior walls. Sorry I don't have pictures of the roaches because they come out at night. Finally, I went away for a little over 3 months for work and got an email telling me I needed to pay for the last visit that had occurred while I was away or it would be turned over to collections. I had already told them that I do not need this service if they can not take care of the wasps because obviously I will not have this problem over the winter months. All my previous visits were paid for except the last one because I was not home to receive the bill. $80 is not a big deal for me and I have already paid it, but to send an email like that during a pandemic where many people will struggle to make ends meet shows you the character of this company. I emailed directly to the owner himself, Brian, and told him regardless of whether service was rendered or not, I am not a satisfied customer and I have made that very clear. If he wants to charge a customer for services that they are not happy with then that is his decision. After a few back and forth responses, he declined to take any ownership of the issue and so I paid. Needless to say I will not be using them again.

The price was fair so I moved forward with treatment. He got to my place in the designated time and quickly got to work. He was very nice and answered all my questions. He sprayed the unit and put a gel bait in the cracks. He even moved my fridge and oven to get behind them and spray and leave bait in those borders as well. I'm praying the spraying and bait work to get rid of the pests. I just moved in to my apartment 4 days ago from California and haven't even unpacked hoping to get this situation resolved. We were cautioned that the attic, basement, and interior storage areas were infested with FIVE (5) different types of rodents, that were each listed - how disgusting, right?! A crew installed wire mesh over the exterior eaves of home, and this actually appears to have been well done. (That earns a star in the rating, the rest of the work and questionable inspection / sales job isn't worth a single star in my opinion). No need to smear the employees by name, since the whole process was tainted start to finish. They know who they are, and we now know this is how they operate. The first point that put us off was that each time they were scheduled to work either inside or outside our newly purchased home, they would pop in a day early, or at a different time on the scheduled day, curiously avoiding any contact. Twice when only painters were on site, the pest crews entered our home without permission or notifying anyone, and were only spotted by chance by one of our painters. When I immediately complained and protested to the crew boss, he laughed and joked that they were "Ninjas". I didn't pay for trespassing pranksters, I expected professionals, able to make and keep appointments. Finally, the traps they set for these 5 types of rodents allegedly infesting our home, took a second and third trip as they missed one entire separate attic space on their previous unscheduled visit. (Had they shown up on the scheduled day of appointment we could have saved 'the Ninjas' an unnecessary return trip. Once all traps & bait were placed - it was time to rid the infestation, Except For One Problem - no trap has ever tripped in the following 3.5 months. No bait is touched. All this making it painfully clear there is no evidence of any grey squirrels, flying squirrels, rats, mice, or chipmunks they stated were running amuck in the attic, basement, and interior storage areas (no signs of damage, droppings, etc. have been observed). In hindsight, it looks and feels like a scare tactic to sell services. Sadly, the entire process appears to be centered around sales, and the inspection aspect is highly suspect. We gave them our trust, full payment in advance (now we know why), and can chalk it up to a lesson learned. Don't be fooled. Don't make the same mistake we did.
