Lawns in Georgia do not need cutting in Winter months! Very lopsided deal in my view, especially for a young entrepreneur trying to build a business. We explained we would most likley cancel service a few times over the Winter when no lawn service was required, howevr he was insistant on being paid the monthly contract rate.
