Technicians were wonderful and knowledgeable, but the customer service employees at Arrow…read moreExterminators are sneaky and will continue to bill you and renew your contact if you are not quick to cancel before the contract is over! I was good enough to cancel before the fact, and even then, they "forgot" to file my cancellation after I called and asked for a confirmation email/letter(which they don't do those, conveniently). After I called and they said that they will cancel, I received another bill from them as if my contract continued 3 months later. It even said on the bill that I had someone visit my home! I had to make another call , and the lady said that it was a human mistake and that she will fix it, because I forwarded her our previous exchange via email as proof. I usually don't write these long-winded emails, but I just got yet ANOTHER bill from them yesterday, and I'm incredibly appalled by the laziness/sneakiness/lack of respect. Who has the time or energy? Also, they did not email me back after I said that we've discussed the cancellation twice. If you must do business with them(fair prices), do it in cash. They'd probably end up charging your card like crazy if you put it on their file.
