I recently bought a house that had been sitting vacant for 6 months. Expectantly, there were tons of creepy crawlers everywhere. We kept getting ate up in our sleep by something. I received a recommendation from my realtor who worked with us in the purchase of the home, Laila from Porter House Realtors, and the owner was out of town but gave me the direct line to Tony who was taking care of everything while he was away. And, that he did. I explained everything to him and he was able to fit me in that day even with his busy schedule. So when Tony showed up, he was very outgoing and professional. He introduced himself and explained everything he was going to do and his plan. He went around and did a thorough inspection of the area for bed bugs and assured me he didnt think that was the problem, but if I had more issues just to give a call and he would come back by to take a look. I ended up going with the outdoor and indoor spray. It was reasonably priced and the price was all inclusive (no gimmicks or service charges). Tony also sprayed a wasp nest under our deck and put glue traps in the basement. A huge storm came so he wasnt able to do the outdoor because the rain affecting the chemicals.. but he came back the following day as promised and sprayed while we were out at the store. The customer service is amazing. I love knowing that I can just call on a company and they truly aren't bothered to come back out. I set up every other month spray for half the price. Also great. The way the payment part works is awesome too. Sorry, this might be a little overkill on the description but with moving and so much going wrong, this might have been the only pleasant experience I had. No issues and went exactly as explained. As far as the chemicals, the kids were able to be in the house while it was spray which was super convenient. I was assured that I would see bugs moving for a few days, but they would eventually not be an issue. Sure enough, I am finding dead bugs everywhere so the chemicals do their job. The wasps are gone from under my deck and I can enjoy that space now. And, using the spray we were able to soak another wasps nest.
