I took off from work for the 2 hour slot they gave. After the 2 hour passed I called the call center to see what happened. The rep told me that there was notes on the account saying I was contacted and my appointment was scheduled for a week out. I never received a call. I called the local office back to cancel the service and she ignored my complaint and just said my account is closed and hung up the phone.

I was good enough to cancel before the fact, and even then, they "forgot" to file my cancellation after I called and asked for a confirmation email/letter(which they don't do those, conveniently). After I called and they said that they will cancel, I received another bill from them as if my contract continued 3 months later. It even said on the bill that I had someone visit my home! I had to make another call , and the lady said that it was a human mistake and that she will fix it, because I forwarded her our previous exchange via email as proof. I usually don't write these long-winded emails, but I just got yet ANOTHER bill from them yesterday, and I'm incredibly appalled by the laziness/sneakiness/lack of respect. Who has the time or energy? Also, they did not email me back after I said that we've discussed the cancellation twice. If you must do business with them(fair prices), do it in cash. They'd probably end up charging your card like crazy if you put it on their file.

We just moved into our home. We noticed some outside bugs were coming in so we called Cleary to…read moretake care of the problem. Next day two gentleman came to take care of our problem. One gentleman stood in the kitchen doing paperwork, while the other took care of spraying. It was explained the one spraying was only on the job 4 days. We have a 1750 sq foot house and he took maybe 9 minutes! No drawers or cabinets in kitchen or bathroom were opened. (Usually pest control does open to see if there are any insects that need special attention.) When asked, aren't you going to spray under sinks, we were told we don't do that unless you ask. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? When he did spray under sink he did not go by the pipes, he just opened the door and sprayed a puddle inside the door. In the bathroom I noticed a small rug by the tub and wall was wet. The edge of the rug was against the molding. So obviously, Instead of taking the tip of his shoe and moving rug out of the way, he just sprayed over the rug!! There was puddles of spray on the floor by some molding. i used paper towels to clean up the excess. I asked if they sprayed around windows outside, he said he would do that. How hard is it to spray around the frame of a window? Apparently, pretty difficult! I noticed that he was in a big hurry to get his done. In his haste, the work was very sloppy. I watched the liquid run down the siding at least 2 feet away from the window frame!!! He didn't spray the enclosed patio or the garage. In our many years of owning homes, we have NEVER had a pest control company as bad as this one! It was at that point in time, we just wanted them to leave. This was ridiculous. Come on, take pride in your work and do the job right!!!
