At that point, they still sent out a technician well AFTER the cancellation date, who naturally was able to blindly complete ONLY the OUTSIDE portion of the service, since I was not at home. After that debacle, in good faith, I offered to let the tech come back to complete the INSIDE portion but they were a "no show" on the follow-up date, despite me having taken the day off of work to be at home! No follow-up nor apology from the front-office. To complete the ineptitude trifecta, they have continued to bill me for the FULL $85 for the service despite it being only partially completed. My repeated offers to pay 50%, to put this nightmare behind me, have being utterly ignored. So, zero stars for customer relationship, retention, and responsiveness.

I can think of two significant differences between Pronto and the other services I've used. First, is the breadth of their service... if critters bug you, they will deal with it. You won't hear "that's not our job" from these folks. Second, the extent to which they will do battle with the bugs is awesome. They are tenacious. We had a crazy ant problem occur, and Benjamin worked through several treatment options (everything short of hand-to-hand combat) and was able to nuke them for good. It was 2 A.M and I was researching pest control companies (knowing that I had to get up at 4 A.M.) and perused Calvin's yelp reviews! The reviews were very believable and sincere, so I immediately reached out to he company at 2 AM. Surprisingly, I didn't get an answering machine, I got a live person that was attentive and very professional. I got Calvin and I was sold. We made the appointment for the same day and lets just say that he has "earned" a lifelong customer. In fact, this review is the pre-cursor to the verbal and written notice of severance of service that I am going to give to my (soon to be previous) pest control company. Now, let me tell you about my service experience. At the appointed time, Calvin and his crew arrived and they are a handsome bunch so I now had excellent service and eye candy to add to the collection of professional experiences. Moving on, Calvin's team blew and inspected my garage so it was sparkling clean AND treated for pests. They used sustainable bug repellent outside my home, which smelled really good in the autumn wind. Ok, so if the presentation, professionalism wasn't enough... Lets move on to the educational experience and what exactly cemented my understanding that I can never have another exterminator take care of my place. Calvin illuminated areas that existed that I was not aware of. He pulled out my stove, my refrigerator, and shined the cool light that he had light attached to his forehead so that I could see what was really going on behind my appliances. He cleaned and sealed the holes and this was more than any other exterminator had ever done. When he wrote the bill up (which I was glad to pay), he educated me on exactly they types of chemicals used and the amounts of concentrations of the active ingredients. In closing, you want to do business with Calvin of Absolute Exterminating Services LLC. This by far, was a very unique experience that has raised the bar.
