One day later they were back to close up holes where the squirrels were breaking in. They also left traps to capture any that may have been left in the attic. Moving on, Calvin's team blew and inspected my garage so it was sparkling clean AND treated for pests. They used sustainable bug repellent outside my home, which smelled really good in the autumn wind. Ok, so if the presentation, professionalism wasn't enough... If you have a home where bricks are below the grade they will make you pay for a $1000 termite treatment before they will clear the inspection even though the VA says they only require a visual check. However, I'm refinancing this year and TruNorth wants to charge me $1000 even though they see no evidence of termites. Why would I pay for a $1000 termite treatment if they see no evidence of termites? Because they stated that was their policy.
