I took off from work for the 2 hour slot they gave. After the 2 hour passed I called the call center to see what happened. The rep told me that there was notes on the account saying I was contacted and my appointment was scheduled for a week out. I never received a call. I called the local office back to cancel the service and she ignored my complaint and just said my account is closed and hung up the phone.

I was good enough to cancel before the fact, and even then, they "forgot" to file my cancellation after I called and asked for a confirmation email/letter(which they don't do those, conveniently). After I called and they said that they will cancel, I received another bill from them as if my contract continued 3 months later. It even said on the bill that I had someone visit my home! I had to make another call , and the lady said that it was a human mistake and that she will fix it, because I forwarded her our previous exchange via email as proof. I usually don't write these long-winded emails, but I just got yet ANOTHER bill from them yesterday, and I'm incredibly appalled by the laziness/sneakiness/lack of respect. Who has the time or energy? Also, they did not email me back after I said that we've discussed the cancellation twice. If you must do business with them(fair prices), do it in cash. They'd probably end up charging your card like crazy if you put it on their file.

After Calling over 10 extermination/pest control services I finally got five estimates. Another and seemingly painstaking request was getting a COI, certificate of insurance issued in my name before the work was done. Most people do not realize that just showing you their insurance does not give you all of your rights if something should happen and you have to make a claim. So issuance of this normal request, again seems to be another impossibility in this area of service, Then I found Bizzy Bee! My prayers were answered! Not only did the scheduler, Hope, understand my desperate situation, she knew that if I did not get service rather quickly my total cedar house would be destroyed. They somehow worked me in and I was so grateful! The COI was issued within a day or so. It has been my experience that when COI's have been issued this quickly, And I don't have to repeatedly asked for it,there is a good relationship between the insurance and the company that is insured! Which is a good thing! The technician ended up being a supervisor because of the need to evaluate some of my other challenges in this extermination. The supervisor jJeff Milford was just amazing! He overcame all the challenges that normal companies probably would've asked you to go elsewhere to try to resolve. I will definitely use them again and will probably consider using them on an annual basis!
