At that point, they still sent out a technician well AFTER the cancellation date, who naturally was able to blindly complete ONLY the OUTSIDE portion of the service, since I was not at home. After that debacle, in good faith, I offered to let the tech come back to complete the INSIDE portion but they were a "no show" on the follow-up date, despite me having taken the day off of work to be at home! No follow-up nor apology from the front-office. To complete the ineptitude trifecta, they have continued to bill me for the FULL $85 for the service despite it being only partially completed. My repeated offers to pay 50%, to put this nightmare behind me, have being utterly ignored. So, zero stars for customer relationship, retention, and responsiveness.

I was promised they'd come out anytime between the quarterly services if there were any pest issues and would treat the house again but when i reached out I received no response. Even the regular quarterly service was being delayed and the appointment canceled by the technician multiple times stating he's been busy. If you want to be on a standby and be an after thought you may be okay with a company like this. This is an unacceptable practice for me and I would not hire them ever again.

They come once a quarter and will spray the perimeter of your house for 5 minutes and call it a day. After I complained that there are wasps and roaches still crawling around the exterior and eventually getting into the house, they sent the technician out again to do the same thing. They also said they can not really control pests outside the house (then what is the point of just spraying out there each time and charging me for it?). I understand if this is a one time service but if I'm paying for your services every few months then I expect not to have a pest problem on my exterior walls. Sorry I don't have pictures of the roaches because they come out at night. Finally, I went away for a little over 3 months for work and got an email telling me I needed to pay for the last visit that had occurred while I was away or it would be turned over to collections. I had already told them that I do not need this service if they can not take care of the wasps because obviously I will not have this problem over the winter months. All my previous visits were paid for except the last one because I was not home to receive the bill. $80 is not a big deal for me and I have already paid it, but to send an email like that during a pandemic where many people will struggle to make ends meet shows you the character of this company. I emailed directly to the owner himself, Brian, and told him regardless of whether service was rendered or not, I am not a satisfied customer and I have made that very clear. If he wants to charge a customer for services that they are not happy with then that is his decision.
