I wanted a so called good company to do the job as I got screwed by a fly by night guy on a different job. So they come out June 20 2020. On June 22, 2020 it started to rain at 2pm. I heard this odd sound so I look outside and there's water gushing down from our covered patio roof top. Water is pouring onto our outdoor items under our covered patio. Our TV, Our outdoor refrigerator, my sons Hand made wooden Army Cooler. Side chairs and cushions and the electrical panel to the hot tub are just getting doused with gushing water coming off our roof that never leaked before. I ran and unplugged all the electrical and shut down the hot tub. I got Tash bags and covered everything. I took pictures and video and called Rid A Critter in Athens. A girl answered the phone and wouldn't give her name. I explained what was going on she said she can't help me. I called the technician because his number was still in my phone from the appointment confirmation. His voice mail says Rid A Critter but voicemail is full. Gee I wonder why. I call the Atlanta and Columbus office numbers and the girls take my information and say a supervisor will call me. I asked for a supervisor I'm told they will call. I ask for a name I'm told oh we have several. Oh not sure who will be available to call do we don't know their name. I asked for an address to send a letter they do not give out addresses. Ahh ha. That is why they have an A rating with the BBB because I can not file a BBB complaint without a business address. So no address no BBB complaints. But see I taped the phone conversations. It's after 6 now and I called several offices at 2pm. No one called me back. So I looked up a few lawyers and left a few messages. Two called me back and I am meeting with them tomorrow morning. I also contacted a roofing company to come out ASAP tomorrow and try and correct the problem that Rid A Critter caused. And I will be calling A different pest control company to come out and check the traps installed as for I do not trust Rid A critter any longer to do the proper job. So... DO NOT TAKING SE RID S CRITTER not any other company that does not post an address either on their paperwork or on their website or in their google information. As Rid A critter is not what they claim. I can't imagine how many other people have issues that can't get them resolved because they refuse to speak with the paid customer. Refuse to give a name and address to the company. So. I stopped my payment. Am hiring a lawyer immediately and now any and all contact will only be through my lawyer. So remember DO NOT HIRE RID A CRITTER FIR ANYTHING. THEY ARE CHEATS.

Dead animal smell is horrible and dead animal removal has to be one of the worst jobs ever. Anyway, he quoted us $175 over the phone. He said (realistically) that it would be $175 whether they got the animal or not because sometimes they simply cannot get to where the animal is. He came out, took a look. The smell was already waaaaaaaay better than the previous day. He said that he probably couldn't get to where that particular animal was under the house, the smell would continue to improve dramatically, and he wouldn't charge me for not doing anything. 5 stars for being knowledgable & realistic. Would definitely consult these guys again.
