Immediately following my post the owner of the company stepped out and was accountable for my customer experience. Not only that, he contacted me directly to listen to my concerns and proposed a number of ways to make it right. In addition, he had his best service tech and team come out to inspect the work and make any improvements necessary. I was very impressed by that and the follow up by his team. He continued to reach out to make sure I was satisfied. That's how you run a business and I am pleased to give him and his company the highest rating. As he mentioned, they're not perfect, but they made every attempt to get it right and make sure I was satisfied.

I was promised they'd come out anytime between the quarterly services if there were any pest issues and would treat the house again but when i reached out I received no response. Even the regular quarterly service was being delayed and the appointment canceled by the technician multiple times stating he's been busy. If you want to be on a standby and be an after thought you may be okay with a company like this. This is an unacceptable practice for me and I would not hire them ever again.

Their lack of professionalism and false reporting not only caused the termination of the home sale but unnecessary stress, time and money for the home seller. First and foremost the home inspection was rushed and inadequately performed. It was evident that the inspector(s) Jeff and the franchise owner did not take the appropriate amount of time to thoroughly assess the property. As a result, crucial issues were either overlooked or inadequately reported, leading to a grave misrepresentation of the home's condition. What was even more disheartening was the complete lack of empathy and accountability displayed by the home inspector. When I reached out to discuss the inaccuracies in the report, they showed no interest in addressing the situation or providing any explanation for submitting false information. Their dismissive attitude only added insult to injury. A home inspection is a critical step in the buying and selling process and one expects a professional, thorough and unbiased assessment. Unfortunately, Pillar to Post Home Inspectors-The TM Team failed to meet these basic expectations. Their negligence not only wasted my client's time and money but also jeopardized the entire sale. I strongly advise anyone considering using Pillar to Post Home Inspectors-The TM Team to proceed with caution. Their lack of integrity, inadequate inspection practices and disregard for serious concerns are red flags that should not be ignored. It's essential to choose a reputable and trustworthy home inspection company to avoid the frustrations and consequences we experienced. It should also be noted that Bug House Pest Control in Madison, GA works hand in hand with Pillar to Post Home Inspectors-The TM Team. Bug house performed their inspection and also came back with opposite information. This home has been bonded with another pest control company for years and has always come back with a clean report.
