At that point, they still sent out a technician well AFTER the cancellation date, who naturally was able to blindly complete ONLY the OUTSIDE portion of the service, since I was not at home. After that debacle, in good faith, I offered to let the tech come back to complete the INSIDE portion but they were a "no show" on the follow-up date, despite me having taken the day off of work to be at home! No follow-up nor apology from the front-office. To complete the ineptitude trifecta, they have continued to bill me for the FULL $85 for the service despite it being only partially completed. My repeated offers to pay 50%, to put this nightmare behind me, have being utterly ignored. So, zero stars for customer relationship, retention, and responsiveness.

They just filled our tank right before an ice storm. We have a backup generator which uses a lot of propane when it's running, and we were afraid it would be running for days. They got to use before the storm hit and filled the tank. We didn't lose power, but were much more confident that we would be OK if we did. That's a pretty big deal if you're old. We also find the prices competitive, so are happy with them as well. Would absolutely recommend these folks.
