I tried loading their app and it says my Android phone isn't compatible. I guess I could have used a credit card to pre-load one of their cards, but I see that as an impediment to just coming in to dry my clothes. It looks like their rates increased as well. I called their number as they described for help. 24 hours later and still no response. This location has made it more difficult to do business. I'm going to go elsewhere.

She had opened the door to the dryer she was using and smoke was billowing out. Not steam, but smoke. The smoke began to get thick in the laundrymat so we opened both the front and back doors. It was that bad. The lady's clothes were literally being burned up in the dryer. She began to slowly pull out some of her garments and put them into one of the rolling carts. The stench was intense. Two or three of us called the number posted above the washing machines. About 30 minutes later, a person who identified himself as the owner arrived and came inside. As to this next part, again, if I have not heard this, I would not believe it. The owner actually had the nerve to claim the ladies clothes caught on fire because she was using the high setting on the dryer. He explained that it's important to read the labels on clothes so this doesn't happen. Even though this was a ridiculous statement, I piped in and asked if that was the case, then where are the warning signs about this danger posted in the laundry mat ? The owner immediately changed the subject and said all of the dryers were inspected a couple of weeks ago, and they were all just fine. Obviously, there was a serious problem with this particular dryer, but the owner did not want to take any responsibility whatsoever. Everybody in the laundry mat could've walked out, and just let the place burn up, but the owner did not seem to have any appreciation for that. I left my number with the lady and she reported back that the owner finally paid a reasonable amount of money for the destruction of her clothes. Perhaps the owner overheard me advising the lady on how small claims court works. Be careful if you do business at this laundromat.

I was very disappointed when I returned at 5 till 8pm (closing time) and the place was completely shut down and dark as if it had been deserted for hours/not a sole in sight....with my clothes locked inside...so I hoped!!! I just hate it when businesses don't live up to their store hours, but at any moment or the bat off and eye, closes before actual closing time, no matter how it make affect others. We bring my 4 year old with us to do our laundry and the absolute best thing about clean right is the KIDS ZONE! He has space he can be without being in the way and it makes it fun for him to come with us and less like a chore. They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. All around BEST LAUNDRY MAT IN GAINESVILLE and I and SOOO glad we found this place. It makes our unwelcome task of laundry outside the home a little more peaceful!! The place if kept clean and mopped and is in a good location in town. The machines are well kept and prices are average. You can use credit cards on washers but not dryers but they do have 4 machines that make change. If your in Commerce this is the closest laundromat and is definitely worth using, otherwise you would have to drive 20 to 30 minutes further out. There is a Hardee's and drugstore within a couple of blocks of the business and I felt safe going over while my cloths were washing.
