I called the owner of the laundromat and he immediately apologized and drove 45 minutes to refund my money. Once inside we found a clean and well ordered facility. Staff greeted us and offered assistance needed. The machines were clean and worked well. Prices are comparable to other places I've used. It's a busy place but we all worked around each other quite well. All in all, I highly recommend Hometown laundry as a clean, safe, economical place to do laundry.

It's clean and quiet other than a tv that stays on. They have small front loader washers and Large. Not XL. It's about $3 for small and $4 for large. The dryers are .25¢ for 6 minutes and offers 3 settings low- medium- high. This is my favorite laundromat so far. Also the last wash is at 9pm. So it's great for late night laundry.

The person working was gracious and helpful and made a point to change the trash bags immediately after we cleaned up the glass so that no one got injured. Even with our mishaps we were in and out with 7 loads of laundry completed in just a little over an hours time!

The young lady that I met when dropping off my bag was very nice and professional and the cost was very reasonable. I received a text message a few hours later and went back to pick up my clothes. Laundry was neatly folded in a bag and waiting for me. Smelled nice and fresh when I got back to the hotel and was very pleased. I would definitely use their services again if needed. With snow predicted this weekend, I might wind up back there again. Thanks for the great service!!

So for the same price to rent/pay on a new W/D I'm now dropping off my clothes at Bulldog Laundry and saving loads of time I used to use to procrastinate on folding laundry. They always come back nicely folded or hung up, smelling great, wonderfully cleaned, and within the same day when I drop off in the morning. Love their texing service to let me know I can come pick up. Always different people behind the counter but they've all been nice and quick to give me my ticket or find my bag.

I was very disappointed when I returned at 5 till 8pm (closing time) and the place was completely shut down and dark as if it had been deserted for hours/not a sole in sight....with my clothes locked inside...so I hoped!!! I just hate it when businesses don't live up to their store hours, but at any moment or the bat off and eye, closes before actual closing time, no matter how it make affect others. At 8 PM, I do expect that i would be locked out/ assed out!!!- my fault. but 5 mins is more then enough time to grab my things from the dryer and be out.

I tried loading their app and it says my Android phone isn't compatible. I guess I could have used a credit card to pre-load one of their cards, but I see that as an impediment to just coming in to dry my clothes. It looks like their rates increased as well. I called their number as they described for help. 24 hours later and still no response. This location has made it more difficult to do business. I'm going to go elsewhere.

Had I not witnessed this myself, I would not believe what I am writing…read more Yesterday, I was washing clothes at this establishment. My attention was drawn to a lady using one of the dryers. She had opened the door to the dryer she was using and smoke was billowing out. Not steam, but smoke. The smoke began to get thick in the laundrymat so we opened both the front and back doors. It was that bad. The lady's clothes were literally being burned up in the dryer. She began to slowly pull out some of her garments and put them into one of the rolling carts. The stench was intense. Two or three of us called the number posted above the washing machines. About 30 minutes later, a person who identified himself as the owner arrived and came inside. As to this next part, again, if I have not heard this, I would not believe it. The owner actually had the nerve to claim the ladies clothes caught on fire because she was using the high setting on the dryer. He explained that it's important to read the labels on clothes so this doesn't happen. Even though this was a ridiculous statement, I piped in and asked if that was the case, then where are the warning signs about this danger posted in the laundry mat ? The owner immediately changed the subject and said all of the dryers were inspected a couple of weeks ago, and they were all just fine. Obviously, there was a serious problem with this particular dryer, but the owner did not want to take any responsibility whatsoever. Everybody in the laundry mat could've walked out, and just let the place burn up, but the owner did not seem to have any appreciation for that. I left my number with the lady and she reported back that the owner finally paid a reasonable amount of money for the destruction of her clothes. Perhaps the owner overheard me advising the lady on how small claims court works. Be careful if you do business at this laundromat.
