Its a small space on the corner of 8th & Waialae, but the workers get the cars moving. Their eyes are in tune with the cars in the drive way to keep them off Waialae. I was going to their competitor Jiffy Lube for many years in a row & got so disgruntled with their service so I made the change. It costs a little bit more than Jiffy Lube, but I trust the service being done on my car. You can wait in a little office or go across the street to a (very busy) coffee shop or walk down the same block to Zippys. The biggest difference is the service, their trust-worthiness & their knowledge. The employees have been working here for decades so they are loyal to the company. If you want to give this place a try, make reservations & decide where you want to hang out for 30-45 minutes. I recommend it.

The shop is extremely clean and the bay looks organized, seems they work on many different makes and models. After picking up my car they didn't install the O2 sensors because I didn't need it. The guy at the front went through what the cause was and gave me some tips on preventing it and they didn't even charge me! Car is running great so far. Great service and they earned a new customer, I will be back to service my other cars here soon, highly recommend this shop.

I left a very detailed voicemail about my situation and what I thought was wrong with my vehicle. I also left contact information. The message on the voicemail mentioned checking out their website. I decided to do so after leaving my voicemail. On their website there is a page to schedule an appt. So I filled that out as well, leaving as much detail as possible. I also mentioned that I left a voicemail. No call back Saturday. I figure, ok, even though they were open for several hours after I left my message, it's reasonable to give a business 24 hours to respond. Sunday was Mother's Day and I'm sure they were not open Sunday. Fine. Monday, still no call or email. I go to the website again Monday night and fill out the form again, just in case they did not see the 1st one. Today is Tuesday, still no reply. It has been 3 business days since I requested they contact me and nothing. Guess they are too busy to need my business. Lucky them. I wanted to leave a 5 star rating like everyone else and was looking forward to finding a good mechanic who can come to me at my home, job, etc. But I guess it wasn't meant to be.
