Regardless, what time of the day you go to Costco? Everyone is always helpful…read more Pretty much anything your shopping for you'll find it at a good price sometimes they may be overpriced on some things, but other than that, their produce, dairy, and meats are always a good price for the quantity. My only gripe is the men's Kirkland white T-shirts they sell are now garbage. The ones from a year ago were the best T-shirts you could find! The new ones they sell, the collar is a lot thinner and smaller so it's not as wide around the neck. so when you're wearing a button up, it doesn't look as neat. The area around your shoulders and armpits are tight, you have to pull and stretch out those areas in order to have the T-shirt fit comfortably. If you go a size larger then the shirt is just hanging on you and it looks ridiculous. If you're looking for T-shirts, your best bed is probably a TJ Maxx or a similar store. Costco T-shirts are no longer the best value the quality just isn't there anymore. That's just my opinion, you will have to buy a pack of these T-shirts. Try them on and experience what I'm talking about.

This is for the pharmacy. By far the worst I have seen in my entire life…read more Consistently disappointing experience at this Costco pharmacy. Several times now they've been out of stock on my medications, forcing delays in getting prescriptions filled. When I asked about generic alternatives to save money, staff said they weren't able to make that suggestion -- which isn't helpful when cost matters and generics are often clinically equivalent. Their pharmacists don't seem to be knowledgeable enough and show no intention to help. For a pharmacy inside a wholesale club built around value, I'd expect better stock management and more proactive guidance on options. Considering switching pharmacies.

Most Costco locations have the food court outdoors but this one has it indoors. It is just as organized as the next location & thankfully the staff are friendly & helpful. Produce and items are organized accordingly & the prices are fairly the same across the board with the exception of the sales tax, which is usually less in the Inland Empire. Perhaps the only difference is the community it serves and the patrons in each location. This warehouse appears to be less crazy or crowded even on a late Friday (compared to Alhambra's location, which I find less desirable because of its crowd & busy atmosphere, both inside the store & the parking lot which is just horrendous!). I will likely shop here again if in the area.

Her behavior embarrassed us in front of other customers and made us feel uncomfortable throughout our visit. Customer service should always be respectful and professional, and unfortunately, that was not our experience. I hope management addresses this situation through appropriate coaching or by assigning her to a role with less direct customer interaction until she is able to provide the level of service your customers deserve. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that no other customers have a similar experience.

Aisles are clean and well stocked. Not too hard to navigate and go around. Like the other business centers, lots of items to keep in stock if you work in an office or if you need to replenish supplies for a store or perhaps a restaurant. With this in mind, there's no free samples (at least when we went) and no food court, but no big deal at least for us. Always a good price and deal with Costco Kirkland products. Super cheap Kirkland brand water (40 bottles for under $4) and their Celsius energy drink dupes. Good stuff. Only issue was that any time we checked out we had issues with the membership so took some time and a team member to manual input the ID number and check us out.
