There are other party stores near me, but they're about 45 minutes away, so having this option is a huge plus. I placed my order late the night before, and they opened at 9:30 the next morning. By 9:39 AM I already had an email saying my order was ready for pickup! It was a quick 20-minute drive, and when I arrived the owner was helping another customer but still greeted me right away. When it was my turn, he asked if I was picking up an order, got my last name, pulled everything out, and went through my invoice item by item to make sure my entire order was correct before I paid and left. Super quick and organized! I'll be honest -- I was a little nervous because I had read reviews saying the owner/operator was rude. Obviously everyone's experience can be different, but that was not my experience at all. I think he has a very specific system in place because it keeps everything running smoothly. There are signs and instructions both in the store and online explaining how everything works, and following those directions made the whole process seamless. I appreciate a business that is organized, efficient, and gets you exactly what you ordered. I'll definitely be back for my daughter's birthday balloons!

But after the first wash, they fluffed right up and felt super soft, thick, and luxurious. I've bought towels like this before so BE CAREFUL...WASH ALONE. I always see people freaking out about the lint, but RELAX, it does happen after the first wash. It's normal for non pre washed towels. The amount of lint will go away after the first few wash/dry cycles. These towels were exactly what I was looking for. Most Costco locations have the food court outdoors but this one has it indoors. It is just as organized as the next location & thankfully the staff are friendly & helpful. Produce and items are organized accordingly & the prices are fairly the same across the board with the exception of the sales tax, which is usually less in the Inland Empire. Perhaps the only difference is the community it serves and the patrons in each location. This warehouse appears to be less crazy or crowded even on a late Friday (compared to Alhambra's location, which I find less desirable because of its crowd & busy atmosphere, both inside the store & the parking lot which is just horrendous!). I will likely shop here again if in the area.
