Obviously everyone's experience can be different, but that was not my experience at all. I think he has a very specific system in place because it keeps everything running smoothly. There are signs and instructions both in the store and online explaining how everything works, and following those directions made the whole process seamless. Perhaps the only difference is the community it serves and the patrons in each location. This warehouse appears to be less crazy or crowded even on a late Friday (compared to Alhambra's location, which I find less desirable because of its crowd & busy atmosphere, both inside the store & the parking lot which is just horrendous!).
