Used them for a year, it was always someone different that came, one time the person was so awful smelling that when he asked if he could come in and had to decline. I called to cancel- the person would literally not stop talking about the promotions and specials even though I made it clear I was not keeping service and I finally said get me to your manager and she said, ok I said all do the things I have to say so I can cancel it for you now. WARNING-I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company. Over the course of our contract, we experienced repeated no-call/no-show service issues and did not consistently receive the level of service we were paying for. After months of ongoing problems, we notified the company that we did not intend to renew our agreement and provided instructions for the contract to terminate at the end of its stated term. Despite giving notice that we wanted the agreement to end on the contract expiration date, the company charged us a $199 "early termination fee." This makes little sense, as the fee exceeded the value of the approximately two months remaining on the contract. We were not attempting to terminate early; we were attempting to prevent an automatic renewal and allow the contract to end as scheduled. What has been most disappointing is not just the fee itself, but the company's unwillingness to acknowledge the repeated service failures that led to this situation. After paying for a full year of service that frequently did not meet expectations, we were met with a demand for additional charges rather than a good-faith effort to resolve the matter. The company has continued to pursue collection of this disputed charge and has indicated that it may be reported to credit bureaus. As someone who consistently pays bills on time and in full, I take that very seriously. I believe this fee was improperly assessed and should be removed. Hello This company is all about the themselves. They make you sign a $199.00 contract do not sign up with them. If you ever have some circumstances in your life that you need to cancel they do not work with you. They charged me the $45.00 monthly rate and I called and spoke to someone and I told him we do not have the money today for the $199.00 but can you please take the $45.00 and apply that to my cancellation fee and he stated yes that is a good idea we can do that. Well long and behold he did not which caused me more issues. When I called back to speak to someone about it all they kept saying if you sign back up we can do something about it but if not sorry! And of course she said AI recorded everything and she does not show that OH MY GOSH ARE WE RELYING ON AI TO TELL YOU WHAT A REAL HUMAN SAID! BASICALLY SHE WAS CALLING ME A LIAR WITHOUT SAYING IT! Which means all they care about is money and not helping someone who needs to work it out! This company is a scam please do not sign up with them if you ever think you would ever need to cancel if you have a financial tragedy where you cannot pay it because of course they will not work with you on paying it back without causing more problems. This company is a scam. They lock you into a long contract and fail to deliver on what they promise. We signed up for rodent boxes after dealing with mice, but never received updates on service, never knew when they were coming, yet our account was still charged. Even worse, after admitting they dropped the ball, they still want to charge me to get out of the contract -- a contract they didn't even uphold. Poor communication, zero accountability, and shady business practices. I regret signing up and can't wait until our contract is over. Save yourself the stress and money -- look elsewhere. They get rid of bugs, sure. But at a cost. It's extremely expensive and when you try to cancel they charge you a crap ton extra for canceling. I just had to call back 2 months after canceling because they've continued to charge me. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. The product they use is no different than the $50 product you can buy at the store and the techs they send over to provide the service are lazy and trying to get out ASAP. We had them do a specialty spray for spiders and they charged us an extra $600. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I have been with Hawx since 2021. I rarely have to call for re- service. From my experience if they cancel they will reschedule quickly. If I cancel or reschedule it is usually a longer while out. I am happy with the service. read more

They are supposed to treat the inside of the house, but for the last service, they did not. In fact, we didn't even know they came until I received an email saying they were there. The service report didn't show any pictures or anything. Now we have ants in our kitchen, and when I called they said they can't come out for almost a week. Deceptive company! I will attach a picture of the 1 month contract we signed when the salesman came to our door. We willingly agreed to a month to month agreement, when we were unsatisfied with service we called to cancel and discovered we were locked into a 12 month contract.
