Very bad experience. Thought they took care of everything with my insurance. They Bill me more than a year after saying my insurance never paid. I sorted it out with my insurance they were never billed. They continued to give me bills after it was paid too. Never recommending this place. read more

Came here for my first ever MRI and upon entering i was treated very rudely by Samantha at the front desk. Upon entering the facility and approaching the front desk, i handed my ID and medical card to Samantha who asked my name ( after giving her my ID), as i was getting my referral from my bag, she asked for it, i told her im getting it now ma'am... she says while rolling her eyes, "is there a problem?" Very rude, disrespectful and if i were i person that scared easily, her actions would've been very threatening. She stood up and was in my face staring me down like she was going to do something to me. Very unprofessional! I have put in a complaint to Samantha's superior Ms. Jennifer Palsen, with my concerns about the treatment i received from Samantha today. Ms. Palsen is the first step i took, I'll absolutely be following up with Ms.Palsen's superiors. It's a couple things i do not play about and one of those things is the service i receive from people who are supposed to be professional in the job that they chose. This place was horrible. I needed a MRI for my pelvis done. My original appointment was at another facility (i will not name the facility) but when my doctor sent the request to my insurance my insurance called me and stated that they had a "lease expensive" location that i could go to. It first i was a little apprehensive but decided "what the hell it is just an MRI". My appointment was at 4pm i get there at 3:45. I start filling out the new patient packet. not even a minute later the receptionist very rudely says "Name...you were suppose to be here 30 minutes prior to your appointment and now the tech wants you NOW!" " I will have to help you fill out the paperwork". Normally i would have said something about her attitude but i said hey whatever gets me out of here. She asked me the remaining questions and then stated go thru the brown door. I walk through the door, i don't see anyone and i am like hello? The tech was look wait. He then forgets that he already had a patient waiting so he didn't need me yet. This is my first MRI so he he took me into the make shift room and stated come out of everything but your underwear. while i am changing another patient walks in on me (a men patient). then when i asked the tech if he was going to come back and get me he huffed. Whenever i asked him a question he huffed. The tech and receptionist was rude the machine had tissue stuffed in it. This experience was horrible. I am dealing with a very serious medical issue and am not looking for sympathy but i at least expect good customer service. Hawthorne Imaging employees if you don't like your job anymore please choose another profession because i would never ever go back to your location. read more

The receptionist had a bad attitude the place and the workers were not welcoming. A supervisor or doctor was in the front with the receptionist and didn't tell her anything about her bad attitude. Apparently I needed a referral which I didn't know of until I got there. After I filled out the paperwork I told them to cancel the appointment the receptionist was just snotty I didn't want to deal with that negativity and didn't seem like she willingly wanted to help anyways. read more

I had an appointment on a Saturday, Richard called me and reschedule my appointment bc the tech had to leave according to him, I told him that was the only day I was able to come and he's like okay that's fine and hung up on me. So 1 he lied to me about tech having to leave. Okay so I arrive and he is like I don't speak Spanish, I haven't even said a word and he is assuming I don't speak English! 2.he is racist. So I'm like okay I speak English and he was extremely rude to me and he was just on his phone, phone were ringing and he was not picking up! 3. He is rude!! If theres a good review on yelp its because the staff gives you a gift card. this place sucks, staff is rude and ignorant. I was told I didn't need an appointment for X-ray and I could come in as a walk in. There was one person in the waiting area, so I figured I would be in an out. While I waited over an hr I could hear staff talking in spanish to each other about their patients. Samantha who is the X-ray tech, was extremely rude. I cant believe they have someone like her working there. When she called for me and took me to the X-ray room she left me in there and returned several minutes later smelling of food. She began to ask me questions in english and I responded in spanish, she rolled her eyes and repeated herself in english, again I responded in spanish, since earlier I had overheard them speaking in spanish, she stated she did not speak spanish and two minutes later my exam was done. Im not even sure if she did her job correctly. I have never had an exam in less than 5mins. I believe her fat ass was hungry and she rushed through my exam. read more

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and courteous but the MRI tech Pedro Rodriguez was rude, he has a terrible bedside manner, talks to you like he's barking orders. Had an MRI a few years ago at a different facility and that tech there was very courteous and put me at ease; asked me periodically if i was doing ok and told me my progress on my MRI. The tech Pedro Rodriguez at this facility doesn't put you at ease and doesn't explain anything and talks to you in a rude manner. If I had to have another MRI, I would request a different MRI tech or go to a different facility. read more

I wish I could give them less than one star. Totally unprofessional. Sat there waiting for 90 minutes for my test. Of the five girls working there, no one communicated a word to me. They filed their nails, talked about fashion and a party they were planning. I asked about the CD from my scan and they told me they would send it to my doctor. The never did. Waited forever they day I went to go pick it up - My advise, BYPASS this place. I doubt anyone here has any medical background, they are NOT professional and they could care less about their patients. read more

wait time an hour, Pedro Rodriguez was mean and had an attitude from start to finish, just do your job, it's not my fault moving is involuntary and my arm falls asleep when I don't move, he just wanted to dissuade me from doing the difficult elbow imaging, because it was Friday and they close at 5, not my fault I got there at 340 for a 400 appt and u weren't ready for me til 430, and had another patient after me. Believe me I wish I wasn't hurt and didn't have to go through this, work on ur bedside manner read more
