Great doctors. Receiptionst is terrible. Does not listen to anything I have to say. I cannot even speak to the doctor because she does not let me. She has hung up on me many times, or put me on hold for over 10 minutes, and just hangs up on me. Terrible expierence calling this place. I have been a patient of Dr.Khurshid for many years. She has always been kind and patient . I have to say that the receptionist who is the wife of the Dr. that owns the practice is one of the rudest people that should not work as a receptionist in a patient environment. She should be at home and he should get a person that doesn't hang up on you and knows how to communicate. I informed her of that today . I told her she would lose patients because of her rudeness . Dr. Marwaha is a nice dr but his receptionist is his wife who couldn't be ruder. All they care about is money. They schedule people on top of each other so be prepared to wait hours. The medical assistants are unprofessional and I wouldn't even let them draw my blood. They always lose my paperwork and If I need something filled out..yeah right! It never gets done. He sees people for everything and is open every single day except Sunday. He is all about the money. I caught them overbilling my insurance several times and currently they owe my insurance a refund for overpayment! read more

My husband developed a dental abscess and hadn't been seen in over a year. Without an appointment, Dr. Marwaha's staff sprung to action, saw him, and treated him right away. They followed up with calling in five prescriptions that were ready and waiting for us when we got there 30 minutes later. During the entire ordeal, the medical staff followed all health and safety protocols to safeguard against Covid 19. Overall, they did an OUTSTANDING JOB today, and we are truly grateful!! read more

Dr. Marwaha is the best doctor! I've been going to him for 8 years now. My family has been going even longer. He's just awesome! His office on the other hand. Every girl in the office is SO beyond rude. Every single time I'm in the office, there has always been a problem. I've waited up to 2 hours before, only because I've needed to get in. I'm In The service industry, so if people are late to see me, it messes my whole day. Don't tell me a time when it's not going to be the time. I have been a patient of Dr Marwaha's for 20 plus years, he is an excellent physician. Always extremely concerned about whatever is going on with me at that particular moment. His staff has always treated me with the utmost respect & kindness.... that Is except one , his wife the receptionist. She has been completely & totally disrespectful towards me. She has continued to charge me over my copay throughout the year ((from January to December when it should have been decreasing & increasing it each time I would come in) I have also overheard her do this to other patients. I have been a patient for about 15 years. I have never really needed to go to the doctors clinic due to any illnesses aside from my annual check ups. But recently I have been suffering From chronic sinusitis that we have been treating me with the regular over-the-counter anti-allergy medication and nasal spray over the years. A month ago today I had seen the doctor due to my sinus infection and pain that I have experienced. Dr. Marwaha agrees that I already need to see a ENT specialist and so he made the The request for referral that same day sent over to the referral office. It's one month now and I still don't have that referral that I need. My sinuses it's even worse now and I'm always in pain on my nose. I could not even get a hold of any one even the referral line. How hard is it to process a referral letter to be sent to a patient that needs help to see a specialist what kind of care is that you have let a patient in pain wait for a month or so for a referral for a specialist. They say it's 7 to 10 business days but that's Way beyond and I'm still waiting for it. I believe they need to reassess the process because the patient should not wait this long especially when there are suffering. read more

Dr marwaha has helped my husband, however; they make up charges that we owe and lie to us about Payment. I feel like they are steaing from us. I don't know who thinks they are the brains behins this but, they can not get away with this. Receptionists are very rude. They are unwilling to help, only think about themselves, and hang up the phone repeatedly on you. I asked for the receptionist's name so that I could file a formal complaint against her and she told me that I was being equally rude to her; she refused to pronounce her name clearly and hung up the phone when I asked her to spell her name out for me. read more

I have worst experience with dr Marwaha and his receptionist mrs Nidhi Marwaha . They both are running a business playing with patients and extremely rude if patient clarify about the billing which they charge whatever they are willing to. I am diabetic and dr Rakesh tried several newer coming treatments on me. When he could not control then he put me on insulin and if some medicine was not suiting me like a actose he never cared about it until I gained 20 pounds and it was banned. He treated me as gunie pig and tried whatever he wanted and when I called his office that I am facing side effects he never returned my. Calls. When I visited him and asked about it then his receptionist said dr is v busy always. I don't know how he is surviving in naperville with such rude and careless attitude. He wanted to charge all deductibles upfront starting of the year and on top he put charges on official visit for yearly physical too. The ABSOLUTE WORST practice you could visit. The receptionist at the Naperville office is super RUDE and HUNG UP on me in the middle of talking when I was trying to explain to her that the other office kept sending me to the answering service and I need to reschedule my appointment. Not only that but previously I had ASKED SEVERAL TIMES for them to upload my test results on the patient website they insist you use and they NEVER DID. And on top of it apparently my test came back abnormally low and no one called to tell me! It wasn't until I called for the third time to ask them to upload them that someone said I needed to come in and be seen. I finally had to call the lab directly to send me a copy in order to get my results. Further more the times I saw the doctor not only did I wait forever but then she never actually addressed any of the concerns or questions I had just kept referring me to see other dr's. read more
