I would highly recommend Dr. Kunchala. Very nice, thorough, and caring. You get in and out very quickly. Nice follow up with test results.

I met Dr. Longhi and I LOVED him. He took lots of time with my son and I, and he was reasonable…read moreand kind despite my 'alternative views'. HOWEVER, last week I saw a nurse practitioner named Laura Nolan, and she was honestly a nightmare. It was nice that the office got me in with no notice, but she was condescending, too forward, and clearly thought very little of me and my parenting choices. For a practice that I was referred to for being okay with alternate vaccination schedules and uncircumcised male care, I have found that her information was out of date, and that she saw me as 'silly' and had little respect for my views. She also forcibly retracted my son's foreskin, which is NOT recommended by the AAP, and she did so without obtaining informed consent from me, or from him. We were both totally blind-sided by the experience, and when I asked her to stop, and if this was really necessary, she laughed it off, and treated me like I knew nothing. I'm horribly upset over this experience with her. I MAY continue to go see Dr. Longhi, and have yet to meet Dr.s Bayang or Sayeed. But I just don't know. I think I will call the office to talk about this and see what they have to say, but at the moment, I am still too upset. Just be sure that if you see this woman, that she explain EVERYTHING before she does, and WHY it;s necessary, and don't be afraid to object if you think her information is bad!

I have finally found my primary care physician! Dr. Longi is just so amazing! I cannot write enough…read morewords to say about him. He was so kind and respectful. Most of all.... he actually listened to me when I explained my symptoms. He did try to pass over my concerns or make me feel as though I was crazy or imagining things. I so for the first time, excited to see a doctor! Thank you kind sir!

I have seen Dr. McDoniel for a little over 5 years and I have always gotten 5 star service. Dr. McDoniel is patient, kind and knowledgable. She listens and I have never felt rushed. I have personally recommended her to many friends and family.

I'm leaving a review because I'm upset and disappointed by my most recent experience at this medical group. I scheduled an appointment, which did not have to be same day, but they mentioned there was openings as early as 11am today (06/08/26). I ended up waiting over 70 minutes to be seen by the doctor. A 30 minute wait I would understand, but an hour and 10 minutes is crazy. Especially on a weekday that I need to be at my job. When the physician, Dr. Catherine McDoniel, entered the room, she acknowledged I was at the window looking out. I politely mentioned I was checking out the views because I've been waiting for a little bit. Instead of acknowledging the concern, she responded in a way that I felt was dismissive and confrontational, asking, "What did you expect? You booked the appointment same day?" and suggested I go to urgent care instead. I remained respectful and simply explained that I had expected to be seen closer to my scheduled appointment time. The interaction continued to feel defensive, and I ultimately left crying without receiving care. I asked the front desk to refund my copay, which they were able to take care of and apologized for what happened. After I left the building, the front desk called me again apologizing for what had happened. The front desk staff were kind and professional, but the physician interaction was upsetting and left me feeling unheard and disrespected. And I left without the medical attention I needed. I believe the multiple apologies I've received over this incident is important to note as it confirms this encounter was problematic. I do not recommend Dr Catherine McDoniel.

I've called twice to get my prescription filled and they continue to send it to the wrong pharmacy…read more My insurance won't be accepted and yet when I call no one seems to know what the problem is, that is if they haven't closed ridiculously early. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because in my actual appointment, the nurse practitioner had a great bedside manner. Apparently that's all that can be said for positives.

Their hours are not posted probably because they close whenever they want. Monday I called and they were closed. Today I called and they were on lunch for 6 of the calls. I was told to call back 10 to 15 mins later by the operator or whom ever the hell picks up after their phone rings out. I called again because they were supposed to close at 4pm. I was told they are closed. I went off on the answering operator and asked WTF kind of business is this. I asked for a number to call or to file a complaint. I was told she only answers the phone and doesn't know. Told to call back tomorrow at 9:30am. I never had this much trouble trying to schedule a simple doctors appointment...doesn't say much about their service. I do not expect much if this is how they treat their clients. I was with Plainfield Family Medicine until they decided not to accept Hindale phys hlth insurance anymore...blue cross and blue shield suggested this place and i haven't even gotten an appointment and its been hectic. It just been ridiculous and they need to work on their customer service and stop having calls ring out until it goes to AMITA answering services where they are no help at all either because they just answer and tell you the office is closed and to call back another day!
