I called your office Monday Dec 1st around 10:30 am to get a refill on my prescriptions that I was…read moreout of was speaking to a lady at your office about refilling & she said I could not get because I had not seen the doctor & missed an appointment because I was not working & had no insurance at the time & the lady did not care or offer any other solution other than making an appointment after which I admit I lost my self control & told the lady what was i supposed to do in meantime I am out of pills I could possibly have a heart attack because I get heart palpitations when I don't take my meds ,all in all she did not care I apologize for saying the things I said ,but customer service should always have patients with there clients not argue back I admit I am old & a little crabbie at times I just needed my meds refilled didn't know I had to see doctor again if she only could of offered to talk to doctor & prescribe a few pills till I get in to see her but she never offered i never got her name she never told me ,but at the end she never made appointment didn't try resolve issue which is part of customer service & hung up on me so I just wanted to let you know I am switching doctors today & that lady whom ever she was should take classes on how to properly handle a patients concerns no matter what the patient says to them I never swore at her or disrespected her she should kill her patients with kindness not argue with them & make things worse terrible customer service, didn't even make appointment or transfer me to someone else who trained this woman I know I have spoken to her before always short ,& rude in a subtle way ,but I can tell been in customer service 35yrs sorry for this bad review it's nothing against Doctor Kunchala or the other nice employees working at that office.

HOWEVER, last week I saw a nurse practitioner named Laura Nolan, and she was honestly a nightmare. It was nice that the office got me in with no notice, but she was condescending, too forward, and clearly thought very little of me and my parenting choices. For a practice that I was referred to for being okay with alternate vaccination schedules and uncircumcised male care, I have found that her information was out of date, and that she saw me as 'silly' and had little respect for my views. She also forcibly retracted my son's foreskin, which is NOT recommended by the AAP, and she did so without obtaining informed consent from me, or from him. We were both totally blind-sided by the experience, and when I asked her to stop, and if this was really necessary, she laughed it off, and treated me like I knew nothing. I'm horribly upset over this experience with her. I MAY continue to go see Dr. Longhi, and have yet to meet Dr.s Bayang or Sayeed. But I just don't know. I think I will call the office to talk about this and see what they have to say, but at the moment, I am still too upset. Just be sure that if you see this woman, that she explain EVERYTHING before she does, and WHY it;s necessary, and don't be afraid to object if you think her information is bad!
