After waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes, I walked up and said is my tech running late or something? Whereupon she said that yes they are in fact running behind and if I would go in a closed MRI, I could go back right away. I proceeded to tell them that I drove out of my way to Melrose Park as it is the only MRI due to claustrophobia so that was out of the question for me to go on a closed MRI. I was not taken back until 11:37. 37 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Mind you there are several signs around the office stating that if you are late for your appointment time, you will Not be seen. They don't seem to hold themselves to the same standard. There are also several TVs in the waiting room that stress how much their techs care and how they know that it can be a difficult process getting medical imaging and they try to make it as smooth as possible for their patients.. That could not have been any further from the truth for my experience. Not only was there garbage on the floor the bathroom smelled of feces and was dirty but when I was finally taken back to my open MRI, the locker room was falling apart and the open MRI there was fingerprints on it and it wasn't really open at all. All of that, I could've possibly overlooked if the tech was kind and made me feel comfortable. But that never happened. She was rude short with me told me that there was a button I could press and if I did, I would be charged for the full service not through insurance and they would have to stop the entire procedure. When I asked if they had a timer so I could watch the time she sort of snorted looked away and said that she can check in with me and let me know. The timeframe I was originally quoted said it would take about 15 minutes, but she said no more like 35 minutes. When you have claustrophobia and the open MRI isn't open at all, being told that you're going to be in there three times as long as you originally planned for it with no way to watch the time go by is extremely unsettling and couldn't have been any more opposite from their short videos that they blasted at you in the lobby. Overall, I gave the place a D minus, it was dirty they were very late and the tech was extremely rude and thoughtless. Don't go to the Melrose Park Bright lights, MRI location!

Because of the bright red towel I was holding to…read moremy nose (blood!), my waiting time was minimal, and they got me back to a bay in about two minutes. The staff was caring, professional, and kindly, and did everything they *could* to make me as comfortable as they might... when I was evaluated by the Lead Nurse (? I might have her Title wrong), she got right to the point: they couldn't really help me. This is not A "Bad Thing", and nothing I would *ever* criticize them for - it's professionalism. They recommended I go to CDH ER, and offered to call me an ambulance - I decided to just drive the truck over there. Then, they equipped me for the trip, providing a bib and a clamp to help staunch the bleeding. (Those items ended up not helping much, but that's an issue between me and my truck.) Let's review their performance: * "Could they have done better?" - I really don't think so, given the circumstances. * "Was the Wait Time Excessive?" - Absolutely not. * "Was I treated by the 'right person'?" - I believe so. Her diagnosis and advice proved to be correct - I spent most of the following week at CDH. Summarizing: 1. Like ANY Urgent Care Facility, they are probably somewhat short-staffed. Think about this from a Business Perspective - as a manager, paying staff, would you want to spend your budget on "maximum staff headcount, 24/7/365"? Of course not! So, there will always be a wait. 2. While you're waiting, other patients with issues greater than yours will always take precedence over your issues, increasing the wat. That's called "Triage". I learned this a lifetime ago, watching "MASH" on the tube. 3. Remember that other people view Urgent Care as an alternative to Scheduled care. Witness another reviewer here, who commented "I can usually see a provider in 30 min. It's great for non-emergency care." SO - If you're cheesed about this facility, speak to her, instead. OR, speak to me, who ended up losing circa two liters of blood that day, and was in danger of bleeding out - we are the people who were in your Entitled way. In the end, Northwestern Immediate Care did / does its job: well, professionally and with compassion and care. Yeah - call me "woke". I subtracted a Star, just because they should have known about my nosebleed when it started, and came my home to stop it. Grrr.

I arrived 20 minutes before 8am, when doctors start seeing people. The woman at the check in desk (Debra) was very kind and helpful. She took care of everything, told me I was second & directed me where to go. No one was called in until 8:10am. The woman they called in first came after me and the other woman. Then, 3 more people went in (1 being the woman ahead of me & 2 individuals that arrived afterwards). I checked in with the front desk to see why I hadn't been called. Debra inquired. They called me next. The male nurse took my vitals and was friendly. After he left though, I wanted in the room to see a doctor for another 15 minutes. Checked with the desk; they said someone would be in soon and that there was someone with an emergency they had to attend to first. Doctor saw me for 5 maybe 10 mins max. She was nice. I just really hate how long the entire process took and was charge $50 for all that waiting and such short time seeing the provider. Considering I arrived early and was the second in line, this shouldn't taken as long as it did. I get that medical offices are understaffed; however, the fact that people were called in before me who arrived afterwards, that's unfair. Walk ins should be seen according to the order in which they arrived. I'd give this a one star review if it wasn't for the friendliness of the staff.

Husband needs to have blood drawn by a certain time due to being a double organ recipient. Arrived…read moreon Monday at 7:45 to sign-in and wait for lab to open at 8:00. By 8:10 no one had arrived to check people in so I asked the ENT receptionist if the lab was open. She stated that she had not seen anyone from the lab come in. I asked her if there was someone who could go check since she did not have any patients checking in at her window. She reluctantly went to check and came back to say no one was there yet but they were calling to see where people were. Waited until 8:20 and still no one for lab so we left since his blood draw needed to be done by 8:30 and we knew that would not happen. We purposely signed in before the lab opened so he would be one of the first taken. Went back on Tuesday and signed in at the same time. This time the receptionist was there but didn't come out to start until exactly 8:00. I understand that this is her starting time but she had to start her computer first which took some time to do. Meanwhile there were already 8 people waiting for lab tests. She slowly started checking people in and the first person was not called until 8:10. She was in no hurry to check people in and took her own sweet time doing so. Luckily my husband was called at 8:20 so his blood draw was within the time needed. I understand that everywhere is short staffed but something needs to be done here. Why can't the person who is checking patients in start at 7:45 so that the actual lab can actually open at 8:00 to start drawing blood? Also, the check in process needs to be faster than it was. Unfortunately we will continue using this lab until we can find a more efficient one close to home as my husband needs blood drawn every week.

This is for the Physical therapy side of building. What a complete disgrace of health care…read moretherapists that pledge to patients to give better quality care for their lives Shame on this company as a whole! It should be shut down (imo until The whole staff gets RETRAINED OR FIRED starting with Mr manager Leonard) phone calls not returned, atmosphere stiff dry boring and not water encouragements or warm ups even if come early jump on equipment to get started. Therapists won't come over until it's time and always got my therapists late from previous patient or coming off break whatever....problem is that it cuts into my time I pay for when not ready for me YET TAKES MY TIME & LEAVES WHEN NEXT CLIENT SHOWS UP. I GET CUT OFF BOTH ENDS. SHOW UP TO ME LATE THEN LEAVES AS SOON AS CLIENT COMES GOES OFF EVEN THOUGH I GOT A LATER START..HAPPENED COUPLE OF TIMES....All the female therapists were great with their time & had matching personalities of fun WHILE getting work done. The 2 guys were horrible by not taking my situation seriously nor any follow up on how I was Doing when I was doing my exercises at home. I was told to bring back my resistance bands to work out every time I came in!?? What? Why cant i use the ones there & leave them there? So odd behavior and uptight compared to EVERY other places I've been to. I'm a handicapped person with many issues and I'm going & still upset about my spinal issues which affect everything & weather can even trigger me & my walking or using hands ect. These people could care less...when im having a real horrible day and I call in to let them know. I showed up for my session & was told by therapist that I'm to do my exit papers ...& I Still had 3-4 more sessions per my insurance that was already approved FOR ME to use...so not sure why I was getting kicked out? I WAS DENIED MY HEALTH CARE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE INSURANCE & GOT APPROVAL AND PAY FOR IT AND ALL MY DOCTORS HAD FINALLY SIGNED OFF ON THIS FOR ME TO GET THERAPY FOR WALKING AND IT FINALLY STARTING TO WORK- SLOWLY BUT IT was ....ONLY TO HAVE SOME younger rude mean bully tell me that they cannot help me any longer that they don't have anything else for me. HOW CAN THAT BE RIGHT? DENIED MY MEDICAL WHEN I WAS APPROVED AND I PAID MY INSURANCE AND EVERYTHING? ITS LIKE THEY WANT ME SICKLY!!!! ??? RUN FROM THIS PLACE. NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY IN MY 50+ YEARS OF LIFE. ANOTHER DAY I was called to the managers office by Leonard in regards to the check in lady worker being rude to me time after time with her negative attitude every time since day one coming into door...her personality trait. One day after staying after my therapy session (mind you it's the 4th or 5th time there) so comfortable with most staff and so I'm trying to help them with credit card terminals so I can pay my copays. Lady didn't understand that cc pins are not needed or given to everyone to use credit cards..she didn't know what to do except yell at me the same response over and over after hitting wrong buttons then screams to me that my cc was declined as if my fault. Leonard got involved only because another staff member saw how she yelled at me so the younger female wanted to let her boss know that the lady was out of line & was worried that I was so upset not gonna come back or was just worried for me. The manager wanted to know what happened and as I was explaining how staff is not trained & going over all the encounters I've been dealing with since coming thru doors, All he basically did was thinking he was appeasing me by talking over me and ignored the whole issue. He just kept nodding his head agreeing with me & then not even hearing all my issues over all..he even told me to call some "800 number that the girl at desk can get me" it addressed hopefully. Why didn't the manager know the 800 number himself? Or why would he not go to computer to try to get it paid ? rectified? . I owe co pays for some early sessions which STILL needs to be addressed. I TRIED PAYING MULTIPLE TIMES. .went next door to ask them what do they all do over there?-№²rê bypass in system.. basically calling her out that she's trash. didn't even get signed up for the computer program with exercises for my first 4 visits. UNTIL FEMALE TRAINER HOOKED UP PROGRAM TO PHONE.

Greetings to you all: Let's face it, no one wants to be ill. However, if you are sick, you want to…read morereceive high-quality care expeditiously. On December 10, 2025, I visited Endeavor Health Care Intermediate Care on Naper Boulevard in Naperville, IL. This was my second visit. I returned for care because I received exceptional care during my first visit. My response concerning my visit on December 10th is WOW, WOW!!!! I received top-notch, high-quality care and services from the second I walked in the door! Once I entered the building, I was greeted by Norma, the receptionist, with a big, warm smile. She set the stage for a warm, nurturing environment. After checking me in, she assured me that I would be seen shortly. She was not kidding! I was called before I could take off my coat and be seated. This was about one minute after check-in. Jackie, the Nurse Technician, was kind and informative as she escorted me to my room and during my initial assessment. Jackie ensured that I was relaxed and did not need anything. Once she was finished, Sandy, the Registered Nurse, entered the room in about three minutes from the time Jackie concluded her initial assessment. This is unbelievable. When Sandy entered the room, she brought in a ray of sunshine! She is a positive, charismatic, caring, and competent nurse. Her skill set and professionalism put me at ease, which made me feel confident that I would once again receive stellar healthcare. Sandy anticipated my questions and managed my expectations as though she could read my mind. Based on my symptoms, she ordered tests. In seconds, those who were required to perform the test appeared. Debbie, the X-ray technician, escorted me for an X-ray with a smile and performed the specific test with care and tenderness. Debbie escorted me back to my room with graciousness. In three minutes, the provider appeared! This was astounding considering that the clinic was busy! When the provider, Godwin Flores, entered the room, he did not disappoint! He further illuminated the room with his smile, care, and concern. He thoroughly examined me, and I could tell that he reviewed my medical record before he entered the room because of his questions, answers, and plan of care for me. Assessing someone's record before evaluating a patient tells you that Godwin Flores is interested in providing the best possible care for his patients. Unfortunately, not all providers do this. I received world-class, second-to-none, seamless care from Endeavor Intermediate Health Care on Naper Boulevard on December 10, 2025. I am simply over the moon about the care and service I received. I was in and out of the clinic in less than 30 minutes. I am a retired Health Care Quality Executive. I know high-quality care when I see and receive it. Hooray to the staff at Endeavor Intermediate Health Care, Naper Boulevard! You are the flagship immediate care clinic for Illinois. There is no one better than you. Take a bow! Earlier this yr, I was hooked up to an EKG after an Rx I was on sent my heart rate and pulse crazy. I felt I was in very good hands there. A huge comfort because it scared me to death. I'd rate this place a 5 if the waits weren't so insane. I took my daughter for blood work this summer and we were there for more than an hour and a half before we were seen for labs. For labs? I've never waited for more than 20 min anywhere else. Especially puzzling because the waiting room wasn't very full. Don't use this Immediate Care if you're wanting immediate care. It's more "eventually we might get around to you" care. But once you're seen, it's at least great care.
