Danny L. definitely has a problem. He leaves negative input for everyone he does business with (2 places of service, lol). That ought to tell you something. I was at Fox Valley Imaging that day he came in and confronted the man behind the desk. He didn't even have the decency to ask for a private conference. Everyone in the waiting room heard him. He had tattoos down his arms and long shaggy hair. I don't know much about what happened with his wife because apparently that had happened earlier in the day when I wasn't there. All I heard was his argumentative confrontational loud voice and the man he calls Dan answering in a soft voice, trying to calm him down. It did appear that Dan had put his foot down at that point and didn't want to budge concerning the payment just because of the man's attitude. I also remember that day, that the secretary was a temp (she told me later) and was truly scared of the guy. You should have seen the look on her face! Fox Valley Imaging is the friendliest atmosphere I have ever experienced in a medical setting. The people there are always kind and helpful and extremely professional. I have had several MRI Scans done on my knees (pre and post surgery) and a CAT scan on a mass I got from scar tissue after being hit with a puck in the side from my years of playing hockey. I recommend this place for everyone who ever needs a scan. By far better than any other I have been to and better priced than any hospital. read more

I've had multiple scans done at this "going the extra mile" imaging center and have nothing but good things to say. The front staff was friendly and reassuring in a very uncertain time for me, offering explanations and encouragement for me and my family. The tech was very calm and friendly and I was able to take copies of my images right away to my doctor, who won't send his patients anywhere but here because of the superior equipment. I almost forgot to mention their new MRI. I am a bit on the claustrophobic side and so although I know a closed MRI has better images, I was thinking an open one would be best. This new machine (which is closed)has a very short tube (only about 2-3 feet, so your feet stick out one end)..which really helped me not feel so closed in. So glad I did it for the most accurate images possible. All this to say, I am a repeat customer because I can't imagine a better place with real people caring professionally for others. read more

I want to take this opportunity to thank Dan and his staff at Fox Valley Imaging for the services they provide. We have been here on several occasions for 3 x-rays and an MRI. Each time we have been there, we have been welcomed with a smile and prompt service. One of the occasions was for my 8 year old daughter. She was a bit nervous about the x-ray, and the staff made her feel quite comfortable. When I went in for my MRI, I was impressed with not only the top quality machine they have, but the manner in which Dan performed the MRI. He continually checked to make sure I was doing OK throughout the 20 - 30 minute process, warned me of what noises were going to occur, and made me feel comfortable with the entire process itself. I have been to Fox Valley Imaging Center a few times in the past. Every time I have been there the staff has been so friendly and comforting. I, like many who need this sort of testing, was nervous about what might be found on my tests. But the staff put me at ease by explaining the tests as I went through them. The last time I was there I had a CT scan done. My doctor wanted this test performed right away, and the staff at Fox Valley fit me in to their busy schedule. I was thankful that I didn't have to wait to have the CT scan since I was already nervous about what the outcome might be. My doctor got the results quickly and we were able to move on with my treatment. I would (and have) recommend this place to any of my family and friends. read more

I have been to several different imaging centers/hospitals because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and need frequent scans to keep tabs on it. The people at FVIC truly care about me and have spent extra time to try to get results to my doctors as soon as possible and answer my questions (I admittedly have lots of them). The first time I went, it was because the hospital couldn't get me in for 3 weeks and I found out that I could get in very quickly at Fox Valley Imaging. Most of the time, I have gotten in within a day or so of calling for my appointment. I'm so thankful for this place! Getting MRIs isn't much fun, but if I have to do it, I'm thankful that I can go to a place that cares about me and my health. read more

My family has used this company several times starting in 2014. They are always professional, friendly, and get us right in. Plus it easy to walk into the building, no giant parking decks an half mile walks. Saves time. They took our insurance and we noticed the price they charge is less than when we used the hospital. We had also used an Open MRI place before too. Not again now that we have seen the difference in Image quality. Open = Bad and fuzzy vs. 3T High Field = Incredible detail. Great service and solid company. I think they have been in Naperville for ever since we have lived in the area which is about 25 years now. If we have a need we will go back. I have had several MRI scans done at Fox Valley Imaging Center in recent years even though it is almost 60 miles from my home. I find the staff to be very professional and definitely willing to take whatever steps were required to make sure I received the best treatment possible. I was given appointments that met my needs and upon arrival was seen very quickly. The owner (Dan, I think that's his name) even took time to show me how the machines worked and what my scan results looked like. When facing what everyone thinks is going to be "bad news" it was very reassuring to me to receive the uplifting encouragement that I did. read more

I am very glad I was referred to Fox Valley Imaging Center. At a time when I needed help, they were accomodating to fit me in their schedule. I appreciated their patience in explaining what would happen during the images and that they cared about how I felt. The high-tech equipment, professionalism, and prompt results are important, but I am writing this review because of the warm kindness they showed to me. You don't always see that today.
