The medical treatment I received was fine, but their billing service is horrendous. They turned me over to collections for a $7.09 bill. I only received one bill from them which I promptly paid. I was told they had sent me a bill six months earlier, but I never received it and I highly doubt the accuracy of this information because when I called and spoke with their billing service representative, he was completely unprofessional and combative. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I had been sent to collections over $7.09.

Well we call the office and said Monday was not acceptable. Then the doctor ordered a MRI which took 7 days to get the results. We call several days before getting the results the office people They were very rude,and said the results would take 5 days. My anxiety got worse during the whole process. Before surgery, Dr. Gamagami took the time to thoroughly explain what to expect, which helped ease my nerves--and honestly, it wasn't bad at all. Post-op, I received a detailed packet full of helpful information, including dietary guidelines and recovery tips. I'm admittedly a bit of a wimp when it comes to pain, but I was pleasantly surprised--just mild discomfort, and by the third day, I wasn't even taking Tylenol anymore. What really stood out was how attentive the team was: they remembered and addressed a couple of my concerns without me even mentioning them again. The incisions were impressively small, and one was cleverly placed next to an old scar, so it didn't affect my appearance. I also expected my follow-up to be a quick check by a nurse, but instead, I saw a doctor who took the time to discuss my ongoing issues and offered thoughtful new suggestions. She truly listened, and I was very impressed by her care. To top it off, every nurse I spoke with praised Dr. Gamagami's skill and mentioned how frequently they see his patients--clearly a testament to his reputation. Over a month out for an appointment All I wanted to do was speak with Dr. Ghee and they wouldn't give her a message to call me. Kept saying I had to speak with the medical staff. I didnt want to seeming the issue was private and I already had a relationship with my doctor. After being talked down to, hung up on and told that a manager would call me back...I have received nothing. I am not even sure Dr. Ghee knows of the situation. Who treats patients like this, especially ones dealing with something so scary and having issues? It took me all of a 5 minute search to see that Progressive surgical office staff has very bad reviews. Do you know how upsetting it is to have to find a new doctor in the middle of all this? Highly Do Not recommend Progressive surgical. What is the point...if you cant ever speak to your Doctor? Office manager, Pam Baxter and Dr. Gamigami...never returned any phone calls to file a complaint and never heard from Dr. Ghee but I have no idea if she even got the message because it surely doesnt seem like her to not follow up with a patient she has completed 3 surgeries on.
