Of all the places I called, I'm so glad we went with them. Joe was incredibly compassionate and answered our phone calls anytime we had questions. He opened shop early one morning for us. Dorothy also communicated clearly with me and she worked hard to make sure we got the paperwork we needed in a timely fashion. They were quick, efficient, and affordable. My mom was too distressed to go pick up the cremains, so we were able to send a family friend instead (We gave them a heads up and it was no trouble).
