Finally stopped by after wanting to for awhile--easy lunch on a Saturday, and we chose a katsu chicken bowl and assorted skewers to share. The eggplant starter stole the show (I wish I knew how they get it moist/melty inside and so crispy on the outside), and the portion sizes were nice. Looking to come back and try a weekday special later!

Yummy! Looks like nothing from the street , but it's bigger on the inside. Everything we tried was wonderful! "Asian street food"--a mix of Japanese, Chinese, and Vietnamese. We loved the crispy eggplant, and the "Chino tacos" were fun-- Chinese cuisine loaded onto a scallion pancake instead of a taco shell. And the last time I had okonomiyaki was in Kyoto-- I've not seen it in the US before. Worth returning to!

My wife and I walked here before seeing a play at the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company. We split an Okonomiyaki Pancake, which was absolutely delicious. We also ordered a Thai iced tea that was creamy, sweet, and about 128 ounces smaller than I would have preferred (it was liquid gold). For my entree, I picked the Charred Pork Belly Bahn Mi, which was sweet and savory, crispy and juicy, and all the veggie accoutrements all blended together well for a fantastic sandwich. Also, it was outrageously large for a ridiculously low $11. My wife got the firecracker sandwich, which was also quite tasty, though it couldn't hold a candle to my sandwich in bahn mi opinion. Everything else was so tasty we couldn't resist getting dessert, so we ordered the yuzu cheesecake, which was rich, sweet, tart, and definitely hit the spot. We were able to get two entrees, an appetizer, a drink, and dessert for roughly $50, including tip! If that isn't a convincing reason to visit, I don't know what would be.

I ordered the kale salad, 3 skewers (pork, chicken, steak), Cuban banh mi with pork belly, and fish katsu burger. I thought the salad was good. Skewers were mid. Nothing really great about the Cuban banh mi. It didn't taste anything like a Cuban sandwich even though it was a fusion. And the fish katsu burger could've had more of the sauce/aoli. The food was mediocre all together The service was great. Ambiance was nice.

Dinner here with family and it is a great spot to share a lot of different items. For a Friday night it was not too busy, and service was fine. My favorite dish was the okonomiyaki, and the katsu curry fries. Dad really enjoyed the pork belly banh mi. It is a casual spot in downtown and seemed to be a popular for takeout.

Delicious!! So many unique tacos that are heavenly. I am a huge fan of pho so when I saw there was a pho taco I was all in. I ordered it online and did curbside pick up. Super easy process. I will be adding this to my taco rotation!!

We ordered the chicken curry egg rolls, pork belly bahn mi, and Japanese chicken curry. The food was excellent and no complaints. We also ordered the Thai tea, but it was bad enough that we sent it back. We ordered the dragon fruit lemonade instead, but it was too sweet.

Food was very tasty. Portion sizes were large. We started with the eggplant and scallion shrimp pancake for an app. Those filled us up and we ended up taking our tacos with us. Everything was tasty.

We hadn't heard of Hawker's Alley until we saw them participating in Cincy Taco Week. Between the description of those tacos and also reading their menu online, I knew we had to check them out. It's a small place but cute. We got seated right away but that was the only thing that went quickly. What we expected to be a quick meal was over 2 hours long! We weren't in a hurry and our server was working hard, so it was fine but definitely don't go if you're on a time crunch. We tried all three of the tacos offered for taco week, the pork dumplings and the potato tornado. The tacos were delicious and topped with lots of fresh veggies. The dumplings and potato were very good as well. The final cost was surprisingly low. Between four of us, we got 6 specialty tacos, an order of dumplings, a potato tornado, 3 cocktails and 3 desserts and it only came to $80! We will absolutely return and try some other dishes.

Solid portion to price ratio, out of all the skewers chicken bbq is my favorite! Fast turnaround on a weekday as well. Excited to try other things next time.

Horrible udon noodles from the Bo Kho

Sad to say we finally gave this place a chance and wish we hadn't. Ordered the "Crispy" Chicken Katsu Curry over rice and the Bo Kho soup for take out and arrived at the same time as the food came out and had 2 min drive up the street. The chicken was not crispy and tasted pre-cooked (soups vide) so no flavor was infused into the meat and was almost rubbery. No crisp to the outer despite there being virtually no curry sauce. Rice was also insanely over cooked mush. The Bo Kho broth was fine (not traditional, tasted very carrot-y and American), the meat was tender but the noodles were so overcooked it was congealing together before even putting it in the soup. Tried it in there and had to remove it and cook my own noodles which really defeats the purpose of ordering take out. Neither of us finished our meal and were just forcing ourselves to take bites. Should've known to not trust a place with such an extensive menu and with so many different countries of flavor. Wish we ordered through DoorDash to get a refund. Angering.

The food was amazing! Many options to choose from, across multiple cuisines. Terrific ambiance in a modern loft style. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely coming back!

I am not very impressed with the food or the accuracy of the order. We should have gotten the hint when the restaurant next door was bustling but this place has a couple of tables occupied. I got the soba noodles and asked for no eggs, but ofcourse there were eggs in my food. The menu said oyster mushrooms in the noodle dish and the bahn-mi, however all the mushrooms were regular mushrooms, didn't see any oyster mushrooms in any of the dishes. The Bahn-mi was also very underwhelming. The dumplings dough was very thick and I could barely taste the filling. The dipping sauce was very delicious though. My husband got popcorn chicken and some chicken curry with rice. His food came out per expectations and he said he liked it. I don't think we will come back, nothing at this restaurant caught my attention.

Be aware it will be FAST. Look at the order ahead of time if you're a picky eater/drinker. They run your appointment like clockwork, and you'll be in-and-out, gulping down cocktails, through the entire experience. Your two drinks are included (this year, anyway), and I'd honestly be surprised if you managed to have time for a third. Time zips by fast. That being said, because they do it this way, you essentially have constant service, there's "events" that happen at the end of your reservation time, (I don't want to spoil it, but cover your drink!), and then they kick you out. Service was friendly, though, and I saw the server make time to take group photos for all of the tables (including ours) with someone at the table's camera. (No bullshit "group photo" upsells here) It's kinda loud, though, and I wouldn't recommend this as a chill meet-up-and-socialize spot. (If you wanna talk, they have an addendum, Christmas-themed laid-back bar next door.) It's more of a "get blasted in the face by Christmas for an hour and then leave" experience. It's pretty loud, and talking can be a bit difficult over the music and constant interruptions (more drinks? Photos? Cute Christmas video montage?) But this works in its favor as it feels the most Christmas, over-the-top, and seasonal out of all the holiday bars I've ever been to. It also keeps it from feeling too crowded as reservations are required, so you for-sure have a seat and you don't have to stand forever in line to wait for drinks. I'd probably guesstimate that bar staff is making all of their seasonal drinks, constantly, and servers just pick one up to deliver. With the capacity in here, it would make sense. No idea what the bar is like the rest of the year; this is just a review for the Miracle pop-up which, again, is probably the best I've been to in the Midwest. Cincinnati, you're spoiled down here. (Sidenote, I was absolutely taken aback by their TV presentation on the wall. It's hard to describe, but it isn't just a projector showing a giant rectangle. It's specifically slotted into the holes in-between holiday decorations. Staff told me that had to hire special technicians to get it to show up that way and that's seriously a level of detail I am so amazed by.)

They don't have much food, just some pre-packaged chips and such but some of the chips were from China with pretty odd flavors, so that was kind of fun to give a try.
