I love to support small business and you can tell Roxy takes pride in her business. She is attentive and very personable. She makes you feel comfortable and gives you her undivided attention during your appointment. She is very clear and upfront about her policies and any potential issues with certain dresses. There are no hidden fees or questionable policies. Her prices are very reasonable for the quality of the dresses you are buying. We ordered four "damas" dresses for my daughter's Quinceanera and my daughter's "surprise dance" dress. I then purchased my "mother of the quinceanera" dress and then went back and took my mom to purchase her dress as well. Our shopping experience was so easy and stress free. I had already purchased my daughter's ballgown dress elsewhere when I found Roxy but I was so happy with everything that I would not hesitate to recommend her store to anyone. I truly appreciated that her estimated delivery date was accurate. She kept me informed of the dresses' arrival.
