The stress was through the roof. I found Z Movers through social media, and from the very first phone call the difference was clear. The person I spoke with was calm, reassuring, and professional. He confirmed they could handle the job on short notice, promised a crew the next morning at 8 a.m., and even had an app so I could track the truck. The pricing was reasonable, and he made sure I knew my furniture would be fully insured and that they would take care of everything. When the three movers arrived, their positive energy was immediate and genuine. They were professional, polite, and full of good manners. My driveway is a steep hill and the new place has stairs, yet they moved my entire home efficiently and carefully. They made a difficult job feel manageable and kept the process as quick and smooth as possible. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. I only wish Z Movers had been my first call. From the initial phone conversation all the way through to the last box in my new home, they delivered the best moving experience I could have asked for. Thank you, Z Movers!

I asked for various quotes from different movers and eventually landed on HollyMove due to their fast response, clear communication and amazing price. Communication with Bob was easy and on point, and I had to change move dates, which he was kind enough to accommodate me. On moving day, there was a slight miscommunication which was quickly solved by Ali (the foreman). Dima and Toby were just overall amazing guys, who kept moving boxes at an incredible speed while being extremely careful with my stuff. They truly cared to provide a great service, and it showed. I've hired moving companies in the past who were either sluggish in hopes of clocking more hours, unreliable, or just straight negligent with my stuff. Respect Movers certainly is a cut above the rest of the competition. Overall, the company offers great value and is reliable, but the credit goes to their movers. I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon, but if I have to go through it again, I would certainly choose Respect Movers again.

Ok, so, I've been sitting on this review draft for over 7 years now. Why? I hate leaving bad…read morereviews, especially when the business knows where I live, and the truth is I should have reached out to the business owner after all this happened, but I didn't, and here we are. Seven years later, thinking about this experience still makes me absolutely livid at the disrespectful, unprofessional movers we hired. We hired this company to move from our 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment. They showed up AFTER the end of the appointment window. They were the slowest movers I've ever hired. When we got to the new apartment, which is on the second floor, and at the end of a long building, they parked in the middle of the building. There's a gate at the corner of the building very close to our apartment, but they parked in the middle of the building, 100 yards away, because there's an elevator there, and we had ONE heavy piece of furniture. They were slow and they complained. They finished and left around 1 AM, an 8 or 9 hour move from a NoHo 1 bedroom to Northridge. They put a dent in the wall, gouged my refrigerator on something, plus damage to other pieces of furniture that we discovered while settling in over the next couple weeks. I waited seven years to finish this review hoping to find some objectivity about the experience, but it still makes me angry how much I paid them for their unprofessional service, which by the way was at least a couple hundred more than I was quoted. Maybe they've since fired their terrible workers, maybe they have better standards now... I'll never know, because I would never hire this company again, and would emphatically urge anyone looking for moving services to look elsewhere.

Alex answered my call right away (and even pulled over to the side of the road to take my call!) He remembered me from my family's previous move, and was excited to join us again! Booking them was so easy, I answered simple questions about the move time, date, size of home, and locations and we were good to go! They drove to Rancho Cucamonga from LA to help us, and told us how they move families to anywhere in the US, which is amazing. They wrapped everything properly and safely, they boxed random things that weren't yet boxed, and took care of breaking down furniture and securing it safely in their moving van. Once we were in our new location they brought EVERYTHING from our last apartment to our new one on the second floor. ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE!!! They put everything in the places they needed to be. Overall, they are also just really great hard working guys, great company, and do the most quality work I have ever seen. You're missing out if you don't hire them.
