We had already packed and moved our small items and boxes but needed help moving the furniture and large items. The movers arrived on time and were ready to work! I monitored the entire process and the movers were hustling the entire time. They took care to wrap items so that nothing was damaged. Once the truck was loaded, they took a short break and proceeded to my new location where they helped position all of the furniture where it needed to be. In addition, the guys were friendly and positive throughout the move. The price was definitely fair and I ended up giving a $100 tip because they worked so efficiently. Will definitely hire again for another move.

What began as a routine move with boxes packed, ended with what should've been a 4-5 hour move but…read moreinstead stretched into an unbelievable 10 hours, excluding their 1 hour lunch. That I couldn't afford the tip the lead mover requested absolutely sent both movers into a meltdown. I was so upset, I called the company and she asked to speak to the lead mover. This was all in a language I couldn't understand. When that call ended, he was still furious. The quality of the way they handled my belongings was great but unfortunately, ended there. I don't think that these guys were ever counselled @ all. It's too bad that 2 men representing a company has ruined the experience with RC Moving. Never again.

They never complained and kept pushing through. Jose was great at communicating too. And they ask questions instead of assuming, which I appreciate a lot. I just wish the scheduling person was as communicative as Jose. The scheduling experience was not great - the person on the phone kept mishearing me. I clearly told them my house has 2 bedrooms and a bonus room, but in reality they only planned for moving 1 bedroom, resulting in understaffing, which made me ended up paying more because of the long hours and overtime. The scheduling person didn't even get my name right...the scheduling experience was pretty bad. But the actual moving experience was good. I guess next time I will just have to be extra cautious with the scheduling office.
