Precision movers recently did a massive move for us with delicate antiques and artwork. Their packing skills are atrocious and our belongings arrived damaged, cracked and in one case... an amazing antique meat slicer from Italy, completely broken!! They were asked to create a custom wooden crate for it, instead they used cardboard and tape... since this was for an international move they conveniently passed it to the container and claim that's where they're responsibly ends... they are even trying to lie to my face saying that I decided to not "pay" for the wooden crate!!! I called them on the day of the move to complain there was no wooden crate and they assured me they had created a "custom solution" and charged me $550 for a bunch of cut up cardboard boxes they taped around the slicer!! This type of business should be known for this sort of behavior!! Our piece, worth well over 10k, is severely damaged due to their incompetence. Do not trust them to protect your precious things!!! They will not even support you with a claim if something breaks... Tanya is simply a liar and precision is anything but precise in packing important belongings. Pods neglected to inform me that Long Beach requires a permit to park the Pod. Hence, a delay! The Pod wasn't able to be left and I needed to reschedule EVERYTHING until I obtained the permit. The care they took with our huge Framed Italian art, 7 foot Venus statue, 85 inch TV, $3000 TV stand and all our other expensive household items was absolutely shocking! They were amazing! Out of all the moving companies we have used over the years, this company had our stuff packed up in half the time that the others took, and unloaded in half the time that all the other companies took. We couldn't believe it! We kept telling them how impressed we were during the unloading process. They worked with us because we were on such a tight budget too.
