Pods neglected to inform me that Long Beach requires a permit to park the Pod. Hence, a delay! The Pod wasn't able to be left and I needed to reschedule EVERYTHING until I obtained the permit. They arrived promptly within the time frame as scheduled, closer to the start of the arrival window. They got to work right away! I will admit, I hadn't finished packing when they arrived but I didn't have to worry because they took care of everything! They worked really quickly and efficiently as a team and were very respectful of my belongings. I felt very confident in this team of movers. When arriving to my new space, they took the time to make sure boxes went exactly where I wanted them, so I wouldn't have to rearrange when they left. I was very satisfied and would recommend Precision moving for your move. One note: it's best to make sure everything is packed up in regular boxes! I had some of my belongings in containers/ fabric storage bins/and large garbage bags. Unfortunately, all of those had to be placed in their boxes which I was eventually charged for.
